Bought 2 bacon double cheeseburger no pickles. Chicken fry. Monster fudge ice cream. Don’t go here for anything. Placed a order online. Got to the store told them I have a pick up for me. Waited in line 3rd car back. Got to the window finally they tried to give me the wrong order at first. Said they were out of a drink I was like no that’s not mine. Mine had the new monster fudge ice cream. She went to check it out. Came back she says we don’t have that would you like a different ice cream sure I will take the oreo. Get back to the house to see my items. Got a double no bacon on either. Wow what place. Guess I spend more to get less.

Hearing ‘any thing else’ after ordering each item is so annoying. I will say when that is all. Kept getting interrupted with ‘ any thing else’ while trying to order for s family.

Zero Stars…..food was cold…..doors were locked(employee had2 let us in)…& on top of all that, there was a HAiR in my French fries ….took a pic….& my girl showed it2 whom i gues was the “Manager”….. & he said what “HAiR”….???? Wow…..never going back there again in life….‼️ and no apology or nothing…..just crazy…..& for 2 meals….$23…now that’s just ridiculous at a fast food Restaurant…‼️

I ordered food from here on the app last Friday during my night shift, I pull up and they tell me the grills have just started being cleaned and as such they can’t make my order and told me they’ll need to refund me and send me on my way. They said it could take a matter of days to receive my refund. Entirely inconvenient but ok. I wait a week and still no refund so I politely reach out to customer service to seek information on the status of my refund. They proceed to tell me that the manager never put in my request for a refund and since the order was placed 7 days ago I get no refund. This is literally theft, you took my money for goods/services and gave me nothing, not a single bite to eat or sip or soda nothing. I deserve to get my refund and if nothing is done I’ll be filing a police report. If it has happened to me who knows how many other people they’ve stolen from.

It’s my own fault for continuing to go to this location, but it is absolutely the WORST – not even the worst BK, but the worst place to get food, period. The staff is rude and dismissive, the service is unbelievably slow, and they haven’t managed to get a single order right – ever. The chance of getting a decent meal (while you’re still hungry) is better if you go anywhere else.

I ordered a shake she misunderstood me and got me a pie and I paid in cash he took my money and gave me the pie I said I didn’t order pie I Don’t even like pie I ordered a shake.
