Enjoyed a quiet lunch at this location with my spouse and daughter a couple of days ago. It was during the week so it wasn’t too busy, however they seemed short staffed and it took a little while before we got a cashier to take our order.
The dine-in cashier was empty, so we ended up placing our order with the take out cashier. Still we had to wait for a bit. But no big deal, I understand because of the pandemic many restaurants are having a hard time finding workers. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful.
I ordered a chicken parisien with a pasta salad on the side as well as an Orangina soda to go with. Their coffee is also very good. My wife had a cup of mushroom and a pasta dish. These were all delicious. I would suggest the pasta salad that goes with the chicken parisien be a little less greasy.
The location is easily accessible front the Lewisville mall or i-35 south bound. The restaurant is pretty clean and I love the large fire place at the center of the dining room.

The worst experience eating out. My husband brought me and my two kids here while we were out shopping. Almost every table was filthy. No one working there even seemed to care or be willing to try to do anything about it. When they brought food to table, they could’ve picked up some on the way back to the kitchen. Nope. The table next to us had full uneaten meals sitting on it, leading me to believe they left without eating. Surely if it was busy and they couldn’t get to it, I could at least understand. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon with very little people there as you can see from pics. Lucky my kids were starving. We quickly are and left. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Stay away from this location. La madeleine is one of my favorites. This location however, I’ll never be back.

Loved this French styled cafe and it’s bakery products. Extremely clean and courteous staff. Their menu options is quite interesting and tasty. Especially their pecan pie, chocolate chunk cookie and oat meal raisin pecan cookie. They all tasted out of the world. Take it from a person who doesn’t eat sweet items anymore.

Not sure why I went back after the last experience. So last time I was here they had to cook new chicken friend, took like an hour and then they burnt it. I was hungry so I had no choice but to eat it..life went on. Today, I order curbside and I get a call. Points for telling me something is out but why not offer extras to make up for my desired and paid for item being out. I got three things, two out of three – terrible. Tomato pesto pasta looked like it had no tomato sauce or the tiniest ration of it plus tasted so bland. Surprise surprise they were out of chicken friand that I ordered – so I had to get something else. While the sandwich was not bad, I give you the worst strawberry bacon salad I’ve ever had in my la Madeline life. There was no feta to be found, not many strawberries or bacon, and the dressing seemed to lack flavor. It’s like I had a mouth full of oily spinach and random bits of nuts. Totally disappointed..not coming back to this one..done

Delicious and fresh food with quick service. The decor is charming and pleasant and the food is elevated above your average Panera. We would choose this option every time. Great for a quick lunch.

Loved their menu selections and they didn’t dissapoint. Usually a huge fan of their desserts and salds but it was late AM and craving breakfast and a latte. Found the breakfast that hit the spot. Portions are so generous and love the spacious layout of the restaurant. Outstanding customer sevice and my meal was so delicious!

I wanted to like this place, unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my visit, everytime. As I ordered I overheard an employee telling the person cooking to wear gloves, so being the curious one I am I started to pay attention to everything happening.
The person cooking (Maria), was NOT wearing gloves and touching all of the raw food with her bare hands. I even witnessed her scooping up diced tomatoes and throwing them on top of the food just before handout. I even saw the manager (Gill) never use gloves.
Next I noticed the people making the salad/sandwiches were not wearing gloves either. They put the cheese, meat, topping, and spread condiments with their hands. Mixed salads and dressings with hands.
Even when they wore gloves they used the same pair for making food, cleaning, scrubbing floors, then back to food.
I would not recommend this Cafe to anyone. I genuinely think the health department should pay these people a visit out of the blue so they don’t have time to make it look like the follow sanitation codes. Food looks great though. Hope to return without fear of sickness soon.

Covid crushed this location. Nothing seems fresh. Salad had rotten spinach, returned it and the second one was the same. Not sure I’ll be back to this location, which is a shame, I used to eat here once a week.

All 10 items shoveled in one small box delivered by Uber. Box was left wide open by the door. All items over dried and burned l, probably all left overs from week ago, not freshly made for sure. Also , when called store directly , the store manager clearly stated that she has no control on Uber orders and was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Sandwich was good but pasta salad was just ok. No bread and jam I guess because of the pandemic. My friend got a strawberry salad but it didn’t have any strawberries on it. Prices were high for the portion size.
