I used the drive through at about 8:30pm. There were 3 other vehicles ahead of me when I pulled into line. It took at least 10 minutes between paying for my order and receiving it. I’m not sure what caused the delay, maybe short staffed? They have GOOD fries though!

The general manager of this store is awesome! He went out of his way to make sure our order was fresh and correct. We had an issue with the app, and he made it right. My husband and I both work in food service management and greatly appreciated the fabulous customer service.

To be fair I went during a busy lunch time. But also to be fair it seems to be that’s when things would be the most fresh. There was a fairly long wait in the Drive-Thru line. I don’t have a big complaint about that. However the Whopper I received was cold. Not like refrigerated but like it had been sitting around way too long. It was also sloppily assembled as you can see in the photo. The cheese didn’t quite make it onto the burger. The fries were excellent and hot. But that didn’t make up for the disappointment over the burger.

The food was good but it it was very salty. We ordered three of the frozen drinks with ice-cream but we got plan slashes instead. When we tried to call nobody would pick up the phone.

So we are stuck in the Walmart parking lot with a broken down car and 3 kids. Anyway ordered and kids meal, double cheeseburger with motterella sticks, small Fri and 2 drinks.Well we’re back at the car and no Mott sticks. Ordered the new spicy melt in a combo. Menu says $8.99 for combo and I up size the drink and fries they told me then it was $15.63! I thought I didn’t hear right but cashier said it went up because I Ordered a diet coke instead of Dr pepper. Said manger needs to update systems due to the glitch but hasn’t yet. Changed my order to just the sandwich. It tasted OK but was the size of a biscuit sandwich not worth the $5.
