If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went through the drive through on our way to a football game. Waited 25 min after paying and the guy parked next to is said good luck. He had just gotten a refund after waiting 35 min for his food. Went inside to a line of people waiting for a refund because of extreme wait time. A family dining in had waited over 45 min and hadn’t gotten their food. By the time I got to the register they were out of cash and said they could not refund my card. Paid 40.22 for 3 drinks. Will not be back.

No napkins. Poor service. Air conditioner not working, floors so wet from sweat of heat. Almost broke my neck. No wet floor signs….employees just standing around except for the cook……for sure has 2 known drug users working. And don’t even try the drive thru

I just have to say, I typically don’t do reviews unless something is really bad or really good. I am huge on customer service and after today’s visit I cannot express how wonderful the service has became at our Burger King. We will definitely be coming back quite often in the future. And the value is amazing.

I wish I could give zero stars. Took over five minutes to take my order. Neglected to tell me it was card or exact cash only until I got to the window. Took nearly 30 minutes to bring my food to me where I was pulled forward in the drive thru. Watched several cars just leave, even after already paying in one case. Then after all that I had to go back inside because I was missing the fries to my meal. Pathetic service, don’t bother.

Went to get food for the family and kids, mind you order was about $75 Total ordered 6 burgers got only 3 they were made wrong took over 30 minutes waiting to not have fries as well and the nuggets for the kids.. always trashy and a mess in the kitchen DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND The WORST EVER even working for Burger King became so much stress BECAUSE lack of management and all honesty PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

It took almost 20 min to get our food the staff kept arguing in front of the customers. The work environment was very hostle. It look like they needed more staff to get all the orders. Since we got there were three drive through Cars were waiting for their food, and when they got the food it was the wrong order. The food was good and hot but I feel the staff needed to have professionalism. The staff was all over the place.

On August 15th . We Tried eating at the sedalia mo restaurant. We waited 30 minutes.still no food . People had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Finally after 30 minutes of the poor lady trying to figure out what to do , the manager finally came forward . He had to figure out how to open the register so we could get a refund. The restaurant didn’t look clean. On of the staff said she hadn’t been paid in four weeks. We ask her why she stayed. Several people told the manager he should turn the lights off an like the doors . They shouldn’t be putting families with kids waiting on food that takes 45 minutes to cook an then it’s cold

My wife and I were really looking forward to BK after not having had it in ages. We paid $13 for each of our meals and when we got the bag, there were no fries. No big deal, the worker went back to get some.

This was the worst drafts food experience. The person taking my order had animal hair all over him, the cook in the kitchen was eating chips while preparing the food, the food took a long time to come out and when it did it was cold and stale!? The only good thing we had was the fries! The fries were fresh and good! Everything else was terrible. Even the first coke tasted bland, definitely low on syrup. Sadly won’t be returning.
