Other than the quality of the food, which I have no complaints, but their were no clean tables available, no beverages, no ketchup available after paying for several drinks. The cashier got order wrong, & didn’t even remember taking my order 5 min later. The entire restaurant was dirty, trash overflowing, restroom was disgusting. The dining area was a mess, obviously neglected, yet we were the only ppl there in a 45 min time frame. I usually have a great experience at this location but today it doesnt even seem like the same place, this visit has left me very disappointed!

There is nothing wrong with the food. Whoever is responsible for running this restaurant should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for the stress placed on staff. There is never even close to enough staff, particularly weekends, customers are always getting unhappy and the staff that are here are way, way, way over stretched. It’s not even close. It’s an absolute embarrassment

I have came to this Burger King several times and have always ignored the terrible customer service but I’ve had enough of the sub-par service . Didn’t have change for a 20 on a 16 dollar order which is absurd they sent me away because I didn’t have exact change on 12-22-2025 then today we got breakfast and the food is trash absolute BS. Not to mention they have no biscuits and it’s breakfast……you really should reconsider your choices if you’re trying to go to burger king in sedaila MO cause if you don’t have exact change or want decent food you will not get it….

I haven’t eaten a Burger King in a hot minute. I ordered a number four biggest burger I’ve seen for fast food Most of the time the bun is bigger than the burger, but for Burger King it was they’re both equal proportions aka I’m talking about McDonald’s Because their burgers have gotten like half the size of the bun They’re mozzarella sticks were spot on perfect. Probably the best burgers we’ve had at Burger King in awhile. My husband, kept holding up his burger saying it looked just like the picture. Whoever made the burgers tonight knows exactly what they are doing!! Great job! I usually get the impossible whopper and I’ll eat whatever they throw in the wrapper, but tonight, it was exactly as I modified and wasn’t just a pile shoved in a wrapper. It was so good. Thank you!
