Went in with the family in a group of six. As orders were being placed, told her that I wanted the half fries/onion rings(Half-sizes) and she said that the computer was locked on and was unable to change it made absolutely no sense ♂️. So this McDonald’s right here is down right disrespectful a woman name robb give me my big order In a to-go bag when simply telling them we are dinning in she looked at me and put her head down but gave the next set of orders a tray with they food on it nicely put on there . On top of that Messed up my order and ever never had the nerve to not say anything or even help replace my order that hit the nasty Floo. A floor everyone walks on pretty bad servers that suppose to do they job don’t even do the job they get paid for. Wondering how many people and who needs to learn or lose they job.

I got there and only 1 car was in the lot and 1 car was in front of me at the drive thru. I had to wait almost 5 minutes to even place my order. When I made it to the window no customer service at all, just, takes my money give me change and made me move to wait 10-15 minutes for my food cause they made 4-5 orders and took them out all at once to the person in front of me had to wait a while for there’s as well. When I finally opened my food I found half my chicken was missing and they can’t even fold it in the wrap right. This is not the first time either. They are lazy and do not care about the customers, whom, without they wouldn’t have a paycheck. I will NOT be going there again I will go to Kennett from now on if my daughter wants .Burger King.

This Burger King location is excellent, not all Burger King locations are equal. Each Burger King locations don’t always serve their food the same. I ordered a Burger King meal and it exceeded my expectations. Usually I prefer McDonalds French Fries but this location the entire meal was excellent. I highly recommend this Burger King location.

We are traveling from Chicago to Texas after our family event. We stopped to get food at burger King and they didn’t have anyone at this location when we arrived I got my 2 meals & my burgers had no lettuces fries were cold. My other family members ordered right after I did. As they went to sit down a family came in of 4 they ordered two men in line ordered they all got their food first before my family did. We went up to the counter to notify them that we ordered our meals first manager on duty came up to the counter acted very defensive, mad,rude blaming the poor girl at the counter for not putting in the order in but it was not the girl’s fault at the counter because we all had our receipt with us so the girl taking our order did her job. Then by the time they did get their food we were ready to get back on the road asked for our food to go since they took 30 mins to get our order mind me that my family waited for me to eat my food while their order was supposed to come out. They manager did not let the young girl give us a bag to put all our order in because it was company policy, which I never heard of that ever in all burger kings!!! I would have not giving them no stars but the review would not give me a chance to not Choose zero stars…..plus the guy that was cooking was not even trying to work on our order fast. The floors were dirty crumbs and a peice a bread on the floor. The place looked fairly new so I dnt understand why it was dirty. They need to another manager instead of that rude lady.
