Because I’m hungry, because I don’t have a lot of time to argue the point, I’m going to place pen to paper.. usually, I find the place good, but today, I ordered the 6 piece leg/thighs. I ALWAYS decline lemon pepper or any other kind of seasoning… (the food is salty ENOUGH!) get my order, why is there salt/pepper all over the food. Yes, I’m Black, but I prefer my food a certain way. MATTER of FACT when I eat here, I consider myself to be slumming! But it’s quick, tasty and as I stated good. So I return it to have it redone, and they PLACED ALREADY COOKED FRIED CHICKEN, BACK IN THE GREASE and as you can tell by the OVERCOOKED thigh, that I’m not lying! I know that due to the clientele they serve, this review will be over looked. But I’m not going to tell the people that have exquisite taste, not to come, because we don’t ALWAYS want to spend 50- 100 dollars on a meal, but do want something satisfying and quick! But what I will say is, I will give the store another opportunity to keep a customer that visits on a regular, AND TIP, I may add… but the next review will not be this forgiving and I will not hold back on what I observe.

I had a terrible experience at Red Snapper today. I ordered nachos with no meat and somehow received nachos with no cheese at all — just a few Doritos crumbs from the bottom of a bag. When I pointed this out, they offered to “fix me another one,” but I was already out of time since my lunch break was over and I work too far away to come back.
I asked for a refund, but they refused, telling me they could just make another order tomorrow. That makes no sense, since I won’t be working in this area again for a while — and honestly, after this experience, I wouldn’t want to eat their food again anyway.
So now I’m out $7.99 the cost for the nachos I spent $23.96 and left completely dissatisfied. Poor food quality, poor service, and zero accountability. Definitely not worth it.

Update.. Called in for pickup, the cook didn’t follow the instructions. He so called re-made my order. Glad I checked before leaving only to find the fries were cold, which was the same fries from his mess up. The nerve, are you serious? That cook doesn’t care.
Money back, won’t patronize anymore.

The food is decent. A lil soggy but decent. But I got rung up wrong and overcharged. N by the looks of these other reviews, I ain’t the only one. I work in food service too so I ain’t finna complain at that register but I do feel sum typa way that I work hard for my money n im over here getting overcharged.
