I dined in at this location this evening. The restaurant did not have working air conditioning unfortunately. However, the food was top notch and extremely fresh and the two gentlemen working were were courteous and awesome at their jobs. I truly appreciate great service and that was definitely delivered on this visit. My son and I had nice quick dinner and were very pleased. Thanks for the crown!

The employees working were not friendly or professional. The employee doing the orders looked like he was intoxicated. The manager who was cooking kept touching his hat with gloves on his hands and touching the food afterwards. The lobby wasn’t clean with trash on the floor. The worst fastfood experience we have had in a while. We ordered and they were out of several items or drinks we wanted. Then we were told the soda fountain wasn’t working and she would have to bring them to us. Not an issue except they ignored people waiting for refills. We sat for over 22 minutes waiting for 4 sandwiches, chicken nuggets, fries and onion rings. When they finally brought our food the onion rings were not cooked all of the way and the chicken sandwiches were soggy and tasted nasty. It tasted like the grease was extremely old. The people working there did not seem to care about anyone there and obviously didn’t want to be there. We actually felt like we needed to warn others about stopping there. We eat a lot of fast food but this wasn’t fast and was pretty nasty food with bad service.

We sat and waited at the order taking screen for a good 5 minutes, waited for them to come to the window another 3-5 minutes, didn’t mark drinks before handing them out, sat at the front of the line for a good 15 Id not more minutes. I understand being short staffed but this is downright ridiculous. People behind us even got their food first so they couldn’t even go around us. Food was either undercooked or overcooked, even missing a bit of the order while their frozen Coke machine is down just like everytime we’ve been here. Just take this place out of business. This is pitiful and wish we could give negative stars. You guys gonna pay us for gas for sitting and waiting too? Smdh.

Lady working drive thru wasn’t listening. She was very sharp with her tone. Was on her personal cell phone while taking our order. And if this is a medium fry I don’t want to see a large. It took forever to get our food and we were the only ones in line. Over $40 dollars for 3 meals is a lot!

My family and I stopped in here on Saturday Feb 1. This was the sight. Disgusted. Not to mention while we waited for our food we watch an employee standing by the fry station pull out her phone and do whatever on it. Then without washing her hands packaged my fries In the bag. I was mortified. Didn’t stay to eat and didn’t eat my food when we left either! Will not come back to this location ever again.

They will take your money and make you wait 30 to 40 min then never bring out food and lock the doors so you cant get in. Avoid this place and go to Culver’s, they are great.
