Just visited 7/7/23 at 11pm. 1st the manager told me they only sold mozzarella sticks in 8pc not 4pc. So I did a mobile order for a 4pc and he gave it to me with no marinara. When I pulled back up he says they don’t have marinara sauce even though it said it’s included on the app. L Burger King and manager.

Pulled up then waited about 2 minutes, then asked to wait another minute. What’s crazier is that there was absolutely no one in the line and the only cars that were there were the workers. So whatever is happening here honestly they should be shut down.

The manager is awful. Looking at the other reviews, I’m not the only one who is saying this. I’m not sure how he still works there. He needs training or removed from his position. The cook there should be manager as I found him to be more professional and respectful. This place could use a better manager and more employees. The place is empty and only one person making food.

OMG…. please check your Whoppers before you take a bite, if you decide to come here. I ordered one with cheese and my husband ordered off the grill, my husband went back inside because his whopper was cold so while he’s in there I take a bite of mine and mine was cold as well, almost raw. My husband comes out with a new whopper “off the grill” and it was still cold almost raw…….I mean we spent almost $25 have the decency to make the food properly. I grab the food and go inside and tell the Manager , short , bald Hispanic with beard, that they still didn’t make it right to just give us our money back and instead of apologizing or make things better he says I need the drinks back also. Never coming here again

Every. Single. Time. Every single time we go there thru the drive thru and order either an apple pie or cookies with our meals and literally every time they forget it. My friend just got to my house after going there and opened the bag to see they didnt give him his cookies. I dont understand how this can happen so often lol its crazy. Then you try to call them and the number listed says its not an active number when you call it.

This particular burger King is a disgrace to their entire franchise and should be shut down completely. I’ve been there several times and have never had a good experience. The most recent time the drive thru employee asked me to wait a minute and after about 5 minutes I finally got to try to order. When I gave him my order he told me he would have to make it so it would take about ten more minutes. I tried to order something different and he also said that would take ten minutes. This particular bk should be shut down. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s across the street for less disappointment.

The worker is kept looking at me weird, it was uncomfortable. I ordered a chocolate shake and he didn’t give it to me, so in total it was within $16 but he said $17. He didn’t give me my receipt neither my change. It was my first time seeing him since I go there once a week. But never again will I go there, it made me feel so uncomfortable.
