Waitress who works Tuesday evenings has a major attitude. Don’t know what her problem was. My family came in there to support a family business but we should’ve just stayed home. If someone is coming to give you business the least you can do is be nice. Avoid this place. Waitress treats people like trash

I grew up on this chain business. I just moved to the area & haven’t had good pizza until I came across Chiaro’s. You can tell the business is struggling which is crazy because it’s the best pizza in town. I’ll come here as often as I can

Food wasn’t bad but it was a huge chore for them to give me marinara sauce. I got 2.5 ounces for 12 bread twist things. I was a little surprised seeing as they are supposed to come with marinara cups.

Prices arent competitive and the place looks vacant all the time with quite a creepy vibe. I didnt have near as bad of an experience as some of these other people based on the overwhelming bad reviews but i may have simply gotten lucky. Optimistically speaking, id like to think they’re changing how they do business and are possibly improving. But who knows.

Don’t think ill return unless they’re the last pizza joint in town.

Honestly? Terrifying. Remember in “The Goonies” when the kids went into the old restaurant and ordered water? That’s what this was like. This place is not a restaurant. It is clearly a front for something else. We walked in around 5:30 pm on a Tuesday. No one else was there. Half the lights were off. No music or TV. When we ordered it was like they didn’t realize they were a restaurant. We said we would eat in. They seemed confused. Drink fountain was broken. No pizza ovens in sight. We asked for a medium mushroom pizza and then grabbed water bottles from the case and sat in the first booth. After about a minute we noticed people were speaking in low voices and kept peeking out at us from the back. We felt super uncomfortable and got up and left and said “never mind.” Do not go here. Do not go here.

Genuinely awful. Blistering hot on a breezy day, could have easily opened the door for airflow. We had planned on dining in but the heat was far too oppressive. Came in with my kids for slices and the staff acted annoyed and confused that we were ordering food. Just truly a confusing, disappointing experience among the other excellent businesses on Main Street. Something strange seems to be going on here. Avoid.

It was 12:30pm on a Sunday and the place was empty. There were 2 slices and we got them. The pizza was ok but not fresh at all. Went to pay with cash and only had 20’s and the lady said I needed something smaller. Well I didn’t have anything smaller so had to use a card for 8 bucks. Wanted some food before we went to the movies at the Grand. Will never ever go here again. McDonald’s would have been better.

I am honestly appalled. I have never encountered such a wild amount of disappointment in an establishment. I thought since I love chiaros in green lane, trying this one wouldn’t hurt, I was sorely mistaken. First, they have nothing on their menu. I mean nothing. They are out of everything. Also, I ordered food with sauces that they were out of. Okay fine, except inform the customer that they aren’t going to get the food they ordered. Then they gave me food that wasn’t correct, which I discovered after arriving home, I called back to have them correct it the woman wanted me to bring my food back so she could fix it? Replace it? I have no idea but certainly amending the problem was not on her agenda. When she gave the phone to the manager she told her that she forgot to make what I ordered and the manager told me to come in and they will replace the order, to not bring back the food, which, obviously, because bringing it back is an insane request. Anyway, food isn’t great and the rest was atrocious so maybe do yourself a favor and refrain from dining here.

New Year’s Eve 2017 I ordered two specials. Each consisted of two large cheese pizzas and a 2 liter soda for $21. I asked for some paper plates I was told I was going to be charged for them. When I got home the pizzas barely had any cheese on them. Were not edible. Will never Do business with them again.

The green lane location is a horrible place. As if they don’t want your business at all. They are liars. They say one pride for pizza and charge extra. When you go to pick it up, they look mad at you. Very shady. This place need to be reviewed and get checked out by the authorities.
