A little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. Fries were hot and fresh. Whoppers were flavorful and just what we needed for our 25 min drive home. The team member was pleasant and engaging! Great experience at this location. Thank you team for your service!

This is the worst Burger King experience I have ever had went through the drive thru to order, the person taking the order keep asking what was the order not paying attention and laughing… got home the order was completely wrong and I called to tell them…they seemed to have an attitude that they messed up my order, fast forward I brought the order back walked into the store and a blonde is just staring at me so I said hello to her and she still did not respond just standing there as if she does not comprehend and looks if she is high….and when I tell her I called about my order she still was standing there looking lost asking if I really called and laughing it took for another worker who was sitting at the table to tell the cook what I was there for all while the blonde was just standing there. The blond has no type of customer service and should not be allowed to interact with consumers at all.

I know this Burger King location had issues in the past with quality and timeliness but the new management/ownership has changed everything. Awesome staff, awesome service, clean environment and food quality is terrific. I met David and he has to be by far one of the best hands on guys in the business who absolutely cares about exceptional customer service. I have complained about this location in the past but the new owner has done a complete 180 with this place and I’m so glad to come here and recommend this location to my co workers. Great Job to everyone that works here now.

Ordered on app and my debit card was charrged. When i got there before closing hours employees said closed down kitchen. I had to do chat customer service. They will refund 5 days. Ridiculous as it’s not a charge but my debit my money. Now I can’t eat. It was a small order. They could of completed it. Their app should not be allowed ordering if employees close early.

Drive thru is broke down, went there at 8 and no lights were on the menu. Then kept being told to hold on before someone could take our order.Then tried to order a meal, was told it was discontinued, but it was still on the menu. Then they were out of chicken fries. And at that point I was over it. They are constantly out of food, and when they do have stuff it comes out cold. Don’t bother.
