This Burger King is always dead and yet every time for I don’t know what reason I stop here any more they always have an attitude taking an order. Any how I walk in there to tell them she forgot the first thing I ordered she told me my wife said never mind I corrected her as to which I was sitting right there while she ordered the lady had an attitude and said well you have to order again and it’s going to be awhile so I got mad and walked out as she walked away with my receipt the damn food is cold I swear to god every time they put someone new there I think they find the laziest rudest people on earth I hate wasting my hard earned money that location should be closed permanently I’ve lived in Burbank over twenty years and nothing except the remodel hased changed I hate this store so so so much

I remember going here with my uncle , we were waiting in the drive thru line – it was going extremely slow. Finally after like 15 minutes we get up to the order speaker. The lady taking orders tells us to hold. We wait , wait, and wait but nothing. After like 5 more minutes of complete silence , we ask her if we can order. She said no we still have to wait. We waited some more and same thing. The line of cars behind us kept getting longer. So finally we ask why do we have to keep waiting and she says with an attitude ” Nobody is telling you to wait in line, you can always leave”. We did just that we left ! Some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This place needs to be shut down for good. NEVER AGAIN !

This place needs to be shut down. Awful service. I think the same person is tending the drive-thru, ringing up customers, slaughtering the cow and cooking the food. I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru to have my order processed. I could understand if it was extremely busy, but there was only 1 car ahead of me. I went another day to order. The menu screen was blacked out and the person over the intercom said SORRY, WE’RE CLOSED!!! Closed at 4:30pm???!!?!! I’m never returning here! I’d rather waste gas driving to the other Burger King 25-30 mins away from my home.

We were in the drive through for about 20 mins max. When we go to the window we were charged the wrong price. We said something and the employees got rude. Overall the place is just not the best the food is regular but the service and horrible everytime I go. There were workers arguing and a lot more going on.
