Don’t know how you mess up a rodeo burger asked for extra rodeo sauce, which is basically barbecue sauce and got almost none. Yes, they charge for it and one onion ring on it. If the staff doesn’t care about your food, I don’t care to go back to them.

Let me begin by saying I live in close proximity to this Burger King and the one on Chicago road and Sauk Trail in Chicago Heights. This Burger King is a fairly new location, it’s only been here for a few years. The establishment seems clean and is a fairly nice restaurant visibly. Now with all that being said, this is the worst fast food place I’ve ever visited. I’ve really tried to give it a chance by going at different times and ordering different things but, it doesn’t matter when you go or what you order. The food is always cold and looks like something they just threw together. They take absolutely no pride in preparing food and clearly doesn’t seem to care. I went for breakfast today August 10 and yesterday the 9th. I had to return some hash browns or potatoes because they were to hard (overcooked). So when they gave me the new ones they were under cooked and warm at best. The sista that wears glasses is the manager and her attitude is awful. Not awful in terms of speaking but non chalant, as if she really doesn’t care about her position. She seems to be there just to get a check. I don’t care what you do for a living, but take some pride in what you do. When you’re in a customer service industry, take pride and care in your customers. My wife is in customer service and has set the standard in terms of going above and beyond. She’s said many times that she treats people like she would want to be treated and would want her family to be treated. I apologize for this long review but I wanted to be as detailed as I could be about this place. Don’t waste your time or your money, you can go to the Circle K at the corner and get better food and DEFINITELY better service. Have a good day and be blessed.

Did not order anything. Lobby locked, and drive thru basically closed, no orders at menu, the guy told us to Order at window, but it was so slow I had to get out of line and go somewhere else. Seems like this guy may have been by himself, which is becoming a common theme at BKs lately!

Asked for a cupholder, the worker told me she does not speak English. Asked for an Impossible sandwich and the cashier appeared to have never heard of this sandwich. I won’t be returning. I’m not sure what is happening at the Crete location with the people that are being hired.

Horrible, horrible, horrible…food and service. I believe they hire anyone to work at this location. I visited this location a while back, and one employee was smoking a vape pen. I visited today, and they were out of everything, including mustard. The staff is entirely unprofessional, with no greeting customers or thank you. I know it’s hard to find good workers, but the employees hired at this location will run it out of business. If you have a taste for Burger King, speed past this location.

Went through the drive-thru ordered a chicken nugget eight piece a small onion ring and a Whopper Junior no ketchup no mustard I pulled away from the drive-thru and I had fries in my bag so I went to go in but the doors are locked so I had to wait in line to go back through the drive-thru I get up to the window and tell the people what I had ordered does it look like I got a burger with no ketchup again come on man I’m all the way back in Indiana with a $7 meal that I won’t eat because I don’t like ketchup and I will never go to that Burger King again this is why McDonald’s is packed and Burger King is empty
