Went and ordered some food for the family. Had gotten a 6 piece chicken basket and wanted 2 more added. Got home with the food. Did not have the 2 extra chicken added and the fries were soggy and cold. Called Dairy Queen. Told the girl on the phone about it. She wanted to argue about it. What happened to customer is also right? Y’all just lost my business.

The food here was GREAT. but their young drive thru gal was very rude when she came outside to say.. Your gonna had taken move it up… While rolling her eyes and stomping her feet. I’ve had multiple issues with this location, and conveniently it’s the same manager working each time. I sat in line after ordering for 25 minutes just to get to the window and them hand me the wrong order, and then proceed to say the didn’t even have my order in their system. For a place this busy, I couldn’t believe the attitude of the manager (who took my order) had towards this.

On May 27 the two ladies cooked the best Dude my wife and I have ever eaten at a DQ. Both burgers were literally steaming hot. French fries were good. Area manager Rose keeps this DQ top notch. Moreover, Rose actually repaired a large pothole in the asphalt road. She actually bought the concrete and asphalt patch and repaired the pothole herself. Rose goes above and beyond.
