When you’re signature item is the flame broiled Whopper, and you don’t flame broil the Whopper, then you’re doing something wrong. The microwaved version tasted worse than a McDonald’s hamburger.

I used the drive thru and both of the burgers I ordered were wrong. The employee that took my order told me they did not have the $.99 frozen coke cup and the only size they had was $ 1.79. I said no thanks, but when I got to the pickup window the employee had a cup filled 2/3 of the way. She then asked if I wanted it. I said no i wanted the 16 Oz. For $.99. She then wanted to bet me double or nothing that the cup was 16 Oz. This pissed me off because originally I was told they were out of that size. I declined the frozen coke and just paid for the nuggets and 2 Jr BBQ bacon whoppers that I ordered. When I got home I had 2 Jr whoppers not BBQ bacon. The service was unprofessional and I will never return to this location.

Whoever the owner is, they clearly have given up. Food sucks, staff is miserable, dining is gross, and I asked for a buffalo sauce for my nuggets and was charged extra?! Staff acted annoyed that I was even ordering food… Just sell the location, because clearly no one here is trying.

I always go to the Burger King that’s a little further and I forgot why. Came do this one and what a terrible experience. Lady that’s been working there is very rude. Cuts you off as you are ordering to tell you the total. Fries,mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers are stale. Bacon cheeseburgers don’t come with bacon. Only thing she did right was put ice in my drink. Chicken sandwich wasn’t even hot. One time I went there she told me to park and someone that didn’t work there delivered my food to me with his shirt unbuttoned. Expecting to get sick from this meal. Will never come back to this location.

The food here has been inconsistent in the past year. The dining area is hideous, you would never bring your family to eat here. I always wonder how or why this particular BK is still open or at least hasn’t been remodeled. The owners of this franchise obviously do not care about this location.
