Food was below typical and took 10 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwiches and an order of hash brown. My family and another customer were the only inside patrons. The floor throughout the restaurant was very slippery and hasn’t been mopped in some time. My only plus was I did like the design of the restaurant. The jungle gym room smelled lhorrible.

I was there las night around 11pm.. I was waiting on the speaker 5 minutes thinking they were close until they greeted me but they just told me if I can come back within 5-15 minutes cause they were stocking the store. I used to work for fast food and as a manager my goal was to bring business in to the restaurant. Every dollar counts! How can you denied service to your customers just to stock the store??! Customers should be the number one priority!! So who ever was working this night and said they were not busy around 11pm is because they were denying business to the guests.

Awesome place! Fast friendly clean courteous happy to help and answer any questions! Will definitely stop here again when I’m in the area! My food was ready before I could blink! That really helped as I was on my way back to Michigan and in a time crunch to make it back before my local pharmacy closed in 8 hours, while having a 7 hour drive. So I ordered two 5 piece French toast sticks for my kids. Of those 10 French toasts sticks 6 were fried into oblivion. I mean really they should have been thrown out, not served to anyone. Customer service was fine. I got the order fast. But didn’t see the condition of the French toast till after I came home. Wasn’t worth going back, but was super disappointed. It wasn’t even like a crunchy outside. They were solid all the way thru. Probably won’t order there ever again.

Worse burger king in the country. Last time I got hair in the burger, and it took almost an hour just to get a refund. What a joke of a business. Burger King corporate should be ashamed of this location. Staff is so slow not sure how they manage since so many cars leave the drive through line while waiting. Terrible management, terrible service. Orders always wrong here, and the fries are always cold.

I buy 10pc chicken nuggets and a lg fries, 2 weeks ago I buy 2 meal and in one I buy extra cheese and bacon one order was right the other one no’t, I call the Manager and I tell the issue when the Manager hear me He remember the order and He know that something was wrong so He tell me that next time I go there they going to replace my burger that was wrong, so when I go today I tell the employees what happens and they rell me if I dont have my recipe for 2 weeks ago they can’t give me anything simple like that so pretty much they steal my money because the Manager( Roger) never tell me anything about bringing my recipe.
