Taking the time out of my day to say thank you to the incredibly hardworking Burger King staff here. They work so hard while being so understaffed, and yet they maintain a positive attitude throughout it. I stop at this location often when I get off of work because it’s in a convenient location for me and because I don’t eat meat so I love being able to get an impossible whopper. They’ve let me know pretty much every time that they’re understaffed, which is the honest to goodness truth of the matter. But they make it work every time. The reality is that these employees are not getting paid enough for their labor but big companies feel no incentive to hire anyone because they know their employees will make it work. So they make tons of money with low labor costs, on top of not being able to keep employees there because they don’t compensate them well enough. Whether or not management has control over some of these issues at hand, I do just hope they read this comment and thank the specific individuals working there today. There is one lady who was working the drive thru that’s always efficient, communicative, and kind. I unfortunately don’t remember her name from her tag but I’m sure you can check who was working. The other person who was working is named Suzanne. She also went above and beyond and was very sweet. Please give them the credit they deserve!!!

I called to ask about cold fries and how it was half my meal. I told them I come in 5-12 times a week (alot) and that half my meal was cold fries. I paid full price and no meal deal. I just called to have them fix it somehow. Apology. Replace the fries…..something. for someone who wmemet there every day sometimes twice a day, i felt like a valuable customer. The man was rude and decided to be rude and insult me and in his words “he’s going to look into the cold fry situation.” All I said was half my was cold and that I come in 5-12 times a week. They were mean, sarcastic jokes and insults to someone who WAS a customer once a day at least. Oh well, mayne he will stop working there. I’ll never go to a place that insults me when I complain like a gentleman. If I was yelling or insulting then I have no room to talk…i simply asked them what could be done. They wanted to make jokes to a daily customer AND insult me with sarcasm. Thanks for treating me terribly for mentioning cold-to-the-touch fries. Not a small fries. Not a combo meal. One burger and one order of Fries. 10 bucks for a burger and fries and all I did was mention that half my meal was cold. Not warm. I didn’t wait to eat it. I tried to eat it right away and I couldn’t drive back so I called.

Nearly empty lobby. Maybe four customers. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo meal at the kiosk. Waited 15 minutes for it. I was told it’s due to a shortage of people wanting to work. Both the fries and onion rings had very little heat to them. After the long wait I chose to not ask for replacements. Then I hear the employee tell a customer “Careful the fries are really hot!!” Theirs had obviously just come from the fryer. So disappointed.

Haven’t been to Burger King in years. Decided to try it out again today. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Nobody in front of me and nothing. Dude said it would be just a minute when I got there, thanks for your patience at 10 minutes. Couldn’t take it anymore. Went across the street to McDonalds. Got my order drove past Burger King and the dude behind me was still at the order screen. How on earth could you guys be so unbelievably bad at your job. Honestly. It’s baffling.

Needed a quick stop before heading home. First mistake. Ordered at 1:08 pm and we got it at 1:25 pm. (2 #4’s no special request). There was only one other elderly couple in front of us and the gentleman had to send his food back because his special order was wrong. Mgr not happy with the cooks. Our food was cold. Onion rings were soggy, manager was short with staff. There were only three tables in the restaurant which were occupied with only two people at each table. I have decided that was my last trip to ANY Burger King.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I have been in line for 27 minutes. Four cars in front of me. Only one had been served. When you come in this drive-thru you are trapped. There is no way to get out because the The curbs are too high to drive over. I called and no one answered from this place. I walked up to the window. The man told me he’s the only one there. He apologized. I told him I’m trapped. I had to get to work. I think what he’s doing is taking orders and telling people to drive around and pick up their food inside. But I’m still trapped. I’m now 15 minutes late for work. I’ve had slow service here before so that’s why I don’t usually come here but now I will definitely never be back.

WORST BURGER KING EXPERIANCE EVER!!

We went into the burger king to eat, we are crossing the country and wanted a break out of the car. the staff heavily prioritizes drive-thru slowing down in house orders.

A car broke down in the drive-thru, and the staff decided to go outside and check on the car even after the car was no longer blocking the lane, further slowing down the orders.

All in all our order of 3 value meals took 30 minutes to get. Another gentleman that ordered with us in the restaurant waited almost another 15 to get his after ours. The nuggets were room temp at best, and the onion rings were old and while warm you could tell not fresh at all. Without a doubt the worst BK experience I have ever had.

I had multiple hairs in food that I recently purchased there and pieces of plastic that I can only hope were ketchup or mustard packs that somehow wound up in the food. I attempted to tell the people working the counter and was basically dismissed and told to call back on Monday. To speak to the manager who only is available on Mondays. I was t offered anything except to remake the burger and fish sandwich both of which were tainted with something. The staff was not helpful. I left the remains of my food on the counter there and exited. This is not a clean place and needs to have the city inspectors do a deep deep dive into their cleaning and sterilization practices. I will also be contacting BK corporate. Food also smelled really funny also before finding the problems in the sandwiches.

Stopped around 5pm tonight for takeout. The restaurant was clean. Server was courteous and helpful. Ordered the Impossible Whopper with cheese, fries, and the Hershey’s dessert. I had only a 5 minute wait for my order. The Whopper and fries were delicious. Only gave 4 stars as the Hershey’s dessert was grainy and tasted stale. Maybe I’ll try the apple pie next visit.
