DO NOT EAT HERE!! After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me, I was finally able to order my food. I drove up to the window to wait for my food, I saw one of the workers with no gloves eating french fries where the food was being made and served. That same person did not wash his hands but touched my food. When I stated that I did not want the food as it was unsanitary and I wanted my money back, the employee stated to yell at me. It took 15 minutes to get my money back, and while I waited for my refund each employee, 5 in total took turns telling me how wrong I was. I will never go back!!

This location never gets our order right and they’re always slow. They’ve even “run out” of items I’ve tried to order. Tonight we got real beef, instead of the impossible patty, that we ordered. Before tonight, it had been nearly 6 years since I ate beef. Remaking my sandwich won’t fix that. Remaking my order the way I expected it too be the first time will not undo the fact that I ate something that isn’t a part of my diet anymore. Needless to say I am truly upset and will always recommend against this particular location.

Horrible experience. We got 4 burgers and they forgot 2 of them. Then we called the store and one of the managers became hostile when we asked them to make our order again because by the time we got home everything was cold and had to drive back to the store to get everything made again and they didnt want to. Basically it was a horrible experience. I’m not sure about the other Burger King, I’ve really never had a problem with them but I would stay away from the one on Broadway.

We spent $27 and came away missing a sandwich and the food we got was not as ordered. Will not be buying from this restaurant ever again. This wasn’t our first disappointing experience at Burger King.

Only people there and they totally messed up our order. Made us pull to the front for no reason (absolutely no line) and had to cross double lanes to get back into the parking lot.

Stopped around 5pm tonight for takeout. The restaurant was clean. Server was courteous and helpful. Ordered the Impossible Whopper with cheese, fries, and the Hershey’s dessert. I had only a 5 minute wait for my order. The Whopper and fries were delicious. Only gave 4 stars as the Hershey’s dessert was grainy and tasted stale. Maybe I’ll try the apple pie next visit.

Manager was nice, but the guy working the drive thru slammed the window shut after he shoved ketchup packets in my hand. Food was a mess. I should have went to Reserve Street location where I have never had a problem with the customer service.

Placed an order on the app for “Drive-Thru” pick up. After waiting in line was told that all mobile app orders can only be picked up by coming inside. So I had to wait for all the cars to cycle through, pull around, and then wait an additional 15min inside for my order. Kind of defeats the purpose of placing an order in advance for “Drive-Thru” pick up. Won’t be back.

The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to. Everytime I go there, there is something missing, how hard is it to read a ticket and put something in the bag? So my husband called the restaurant to get him to replace the order and he rudely said no and its not his problem our food was cold and things were missing.
