Absolutely worse service I think I’ve ever had there! I was asked to pull around to the other side cause they were waiting on our 8pc mozzarella sticks. However, Nobody bought our food out. We waited almost 20 min and I finally went inside and asked about our food and they had completely forgotten about us. So not only were our burgers still sitting there they were cold. They didn’t offer to remake any if the food just handed us what we ordered. At this point, I’m also still waiting for a receipt which mind you we never got. To try to make up for it all they offered us was some of there chocolate chip cookies for a $35 dollar order! We won’t be going back to that one.

Thought I’d give this BK on 52nd another try since the last time was a fail. The chicken sandwich was a complete soggy mess!! Thru it out!! Even the service had no personality. And the price on the display board isn’t the same as what your charged at the window! Pathetic.. No wonder this BK has A 3 ⭐ rating… Even that’s too many stars

Nice fairly new BK. Nice modern clean decor. Playland available as well if you have small kids. However I didn’t like the graphic menu board – it’s hard to read/refer to when it’s changing every 3 seconds.

This place is horrible the food they gave me must have been sitting for hours the buns were very hard and stale the food was cold I would definitely recommend finding other food establishments in the area

The hamburger is good. The server is awesome. He is the blond guy with long hair but we didn’t get his name. Even though they were short-staffed at the BK in Fargo, he was able to handle everything well. He even gave us complimentary cookies for being patient. The tables needs some cleaning though.

I would frequent this location more regularly however the service here is very inconsistent. When we got to the drive thru the gentleman mumbled “We’ll be with you in couple minutes.” 4 minutes later he said “Go ahead.” We had to ask him to repeat himself both times because we couldn’t understand him. He clearly was bothered by us coming through the drive thru and ordering. When we got to the window he took the payment and passed our food to us and said “Here.” Then closed the window. No smile, no interaction more than he absolutely had to. I love a good whopper but I don’t know that I’ll be back to this location. I would go out of my way to not interact with him again. It’s a real bummer.

Went through the drive thru at the 52nd Ave South location. Ordered no tomato on my sandwich and unsweetened tea. The tea was sweet and the sandwich had tomato but no onion. Pay closer attention to the orders coming through.
