The employee at Burger King was Amazing! Super nice. Super easy to interact with. Would go again if everyone is that nice. I ordered a meal for my son & one for myself as well. My son’s burger looked, smelled, & apparently tasted delicious. I ordered the fish sandwich with onion rings. Needless to say, my fish was cold, hard,full of chunks of lettuce, & a heap of mayo on 1 side only. No tartar sauce. I was not impressed at all. But the onion rings were ABSOSULTY DELICIOUS!!!

Tried this location three times and it is way slower than any other fast food. Each time, nobody was in the drive through order line in front of me and it was a 20 minute wait just to order. Neither time was there a lot of cars in the parking lot so I cant imagine they were busy in the lobby. Once I was able to order, the wait wasn’t terrible, ranging from 5-10minutes. Still pretty slow for fast food.
Food was fine, no different in quality to its competition or other locations.

DO NOT GO HERE! Don’t waste your time or money, but more importantly time. McDonald’s and Dairy Queen are across the street instead.
Live close and Have tried to give this location several “attempts “, and all 4 have been a complete failure by them.
The franchise owner must be using this real estate as a tax write off, because they have to be losing money at this location.
Drive thru is consistently garbage with poor service, as it would be quicker to walk in and make their microwave food myself AND not have to deal with their staff.
I have 3 little boys that would love to use their indoor playground, but this morning their lobby is closed (again) with a crayon written note saying they are short staffed. It’s not Covid times anymore owner, figure it out! Pay more, hire more, possibly attempt managing the staff, actually “try” to run a business maybe as this location should print money.
Last time my kids actually got to go inside, THEY HAD RUN OUT OF HAMBURGER… “Burger” King didn’t have hamburgers. Hilarious how comically mismanaged this place is. Wish corporate would rescind your license so something else could move in.

It has been a while since I have come to this Burger King. In the past I have had decent service. Today’s service was fairly good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The person taking my order was struggling a bit with a coupon I was using and the manger saw this issue and worked with him to get it right, he was obviously new.
My Whopper was done correctly and the fries were hot. I did have to go to the counter to get ice as both fountain soda dispensers were out of ice.
The store was clean and wiped down. They had a person cleaning tables throughout my stay here.

Typical BK with drive through. Food was good and fresh. Counter service did a good job taking orders and getting food out to customers. Sometimes the crew is a little short handed but they work hard to keep things moving forward.

When you order you food and items are forgotten they can’t read the order back to you so they completely miss items. As well to be told they have absolutely no ranch either the workers don’t want to bother to stock it or there manager doesn’t know how to make a food order will not be back for a long time

I told them about the coupon, handed him the coupon, then left. When I checked my receipt, the discount was never applied. Nice.
I went back again, and once again—never disappointed in how poorly this place is run. I honestly give it a year before they’re closed. The manager sat in the office for 10 minutes while I stood there waiting to order, then still managed to mess up my order. I was the only customer there.

Terrible! Not only was something very rotten on my whopper but I was also shorted a cheeseburger. I will NEVER stop here again. In fact I don’t think I will ever be able to eat a whopper again.
