Anyone remember when you actually got enough gravy for your mashed potatoes? Sadly now they only give you 1 spoon full of it. Doesn’t even fill half the container, much be enough for the family size mashed potato.

Churches chicken in my opinion is better than the rest. Always fresh made to order. The mashed potatoes are delicious, the Mac and cheese same, delicious. The restaurant was clean both the front and the kitchen area that is visible to the customer. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to speak with.

This location is the ice cream version of Mc D. Time after time this location claims they don’t have spicy. Somehow the menu claims you are paying for a pack that includes 2 half gallons of drink and yet they never have the half gallons to fulfill the order. I have asked them to replace the half gallon drinks with other sides or cups of drink and they cannot do that and they cannot offer a discount either. After all that when you go to the window to get what was ordered they give you attitude as if it’s your fault they don’t want to make spicy or as if it is your fault they cannot fulfill what is on their menu. This has not just been a one time thing, but it’s been this way for a few months. If you want batter service, and the ability o have your meal fulfilled go to a different location. Just my opinion

Servers on counter should be able to speak English,the server I got had to go get help because she could not speak English . I understand that they’re majority Hispanics in that area,but this is a United States first language should be English.

Today is the forth time it happens to me, this year! Even though they close 3 hours from the time of my visit, I was told there was no more spicy chicken. I let the team leader know I was willing to wait for a new batch and her answer was, “I am only throwing regular”. I know this particular location has been short staff due to the pandemic, as well as other fast food restaurants. But if you are capable of being promoted to a team leader, you should be able to calculate based on patterns, the amount of chicken you need for the last couple of hours instead of refusing to cook any more 3 hours prior to closing. I once worked in fast food for a few years and respect them but c’mon…
