considering this has happened multiple times in a short time span it really makes me question burger king’s employees ability to read. said only ketchup, even got a receipt saying only ketchup but yet there was still everything else on the burger. beyond irritated, please do better.

Horrible service. I understand being short staffed at times and being busy. Went to the drive thru, and ordered a shake. I was in no rush. Got to the window. The worker was standing by the register, messing with his shirt and pants and having his hand down his pants. He never washed his hands. My milkshake had been sitting out on the counter the whole time, and was complete liquid. Had to go back around and go through the drive thru again. Had to pay for another shake. There was 4 or 5 people working. The only person that was working hard was the person cooking. The service here is usually good. But It was Horrible and honestly just terrifying.

The only place left we can afford here in town but the food isn’t always fresh and the Management are extremely nasty to the customers and the employees. Several times we have walked in to hear the big one screaming at employees and she is always dirty and smells. The place itself is kind of dirty but looks like they are at least trying harder now to keep it cleaner. The night time management is complete different and friendlier with better service. Good for a low cost meal when your on a budget and way better than McDonalds!

The gentleman that was working was extremely nice. The manager however wasn’t. It was like we were a bother. Maybe she was having a bad day but that attitude brings everyone around you down. She talked loudly and used curse words and I had my daughter with me. Very disappointing. Just traveling through but didnt make a good impression. The food is good and place is clean.
