They get mad if yo have 4 kids and you order eight cheeseburgers they flip out and told us we should call ahead of time. Very bad customer service.

Staff decided to modify my burger through a dash order. $30 for a messed up burger. I added lettuce and tomato and someone took upon themselves to add mayo. I guess fries, onion rings and a shake was worth it.

This is just about the D/O of the bks. My nephew (an employee) was having an allergic reaction to something in store, burning hands hives and troubles breathing, he told the D/O about it and said he needed to leave. He was told no basically then when he said he was being picked up, he was then told “you’re useless to me anyways” even though he was having a MEDICAL EMERGENCY. I wouldn’t work for this district unless you want to be treated like complete trash by your boss and to be told you’re useless.
