Ate lunch on a weekday here with my significant other. It wasn’t too busy but it had picked up by the time we left. Pretty standard Burger King experience. The Impossible Whopper and fries were good.

Placed a mobile order. After waiting for about 10 minutes I got ready to ask an employee, and they all started looking away from me as they stood there staring at the order screen. After speaking up to get attention, the employee asked me what he could help me with. Told him about my order, and while I was giving him details on my order, he interrupted me asking for info I had just given him, and was visually showing him on my phone. After waiting another 5 minutes, another man got the same details from me, before disappearing into whatever pocket dimension these workers use to smoke weed on the clock, because not one person appeared to be sober. I understand that appearances aren’t everything, but I couldn’t pick one person there I would bet even $1 that they were sober in that moment. I also watched someone make a shake with a machine that had a sign reminding users to clean it after each use. The machine did not get cleaned. All in all, it was about 20 minutes. I’d say 15 too many. I only come here when my BK craving beats out the sensible part of my mind.

Jesse Who works the night shift And gave us our food last night had amazing customer service. He was very helpful and had a great attitude and went above and beyond to make sure our order was right. He’s the type of person that makes me want to come to fast food restaurants everyone else had a bad attitude in there except for him.

I just want to first off say my experience was amazing super great staff night manager I believe his name was Jesse was outstanding the food was great his customer service great the laughter great very professional will definitely return don’t rarely do any reviews but I really hope he gets to see this

My favorite BK in Duluth Mn. The night time staff are the best, they end up dealing with a lot of BS at night from drunk belligerent customers and yet still manage to be courteous and friendly to me every time I come there. There’s a night time manager named Jesse who’s gone out of his way for me on multiple occasions. When ordering food from Burger King I usually go out of my way to come to this one whenever I can.

The food is fantastic. But someone working at night, whose name I think starts with a J, was very unfriendly and got into an argument with us. We are not coming back at night because of him.

Went and ordered a mobile takeout order with $80ish dollars worth of food so I understood I would be expected to wait and I was willing to with no problem, but after I made my order I saw a group of the employees go into the back outside and have a smoke break and speaking about inappropriate behavior while smoking, other employees came out two times within 20 minutes to smoke instead of preparing my food. I waited 45 minutes and was shorted two drinks, multiple condiments, was given no napkins, while also missing additional fries and a singular custom made burger didn’t have anything added on that I requested. Also while I waited I overheard an employee speaking on the mic telling other drive thru customers multiple details about my order and blaming me for holding up the line. Mistakes are okay, everyone makes them but I thought the behavior and environment was not good at all for a fast food restaurant and I am extremely disappointed.
