My family and I dined in on Saturday, December 6th and spent $51.95 total ($49.95 on card and $2 cash). We misplaced the receipt, but I later provided a bank screenshot proof of the purchase to customer support.
Our order included a SpongeBob chicken nugget kids meal, two SpongeBob Whopper meals, a 3 for $7 deal (original chicken sandwich and two bacon cheeseburgers), value fries, a 2 cheeseburger meal (upgraded to medium, paid extra), mozzarella fries, and jalapeño cheddar bites. Not only was all of the food cold or only room temperature, but two orders of fries were also missing from our order. The overall food quality was unacceptable.
I contacted Burger King customer support the next day hoping for a reasonable resolution. Despite providing proof of purchase, the only compensation offered was a $15 credit that required downloading the Burger King app. This response did not match the level of the issue or the amount we spent on this large order.
Between the cold food and the poor handling of our complaint, this was a frustrating experience. Burger King seriously needs to improve their food quality and their customer service.
This is not the first time we’ve experienced issues at this location. Even on past visits, the food has been cold and poor in quality, but this most recent visit was bad enough that it finally prompted me to leave a review. To those reading, I would eat somewhere else.

Im going to say it was good. Im not sure what was going on. To me it looked like they were severely understaffed. Took awhile to get waited on. But the employee was doing so hard to make things right. I can’t give a bad review. Once I got to the window it was quick and very friendly. The food was very good

Food was Burger King you know what Burger King is and you get Burger King. Service was wonderful. I did the drive through and the gal taking the order was nice. The gentleman handing me the order was nice. When quickly. Atmosphere, I was outside. It was breathable and all beings of the earth should be able to handle it without any problems.

Would not recommend!!! Did a mobile order and they mentioned systems down but were able to pull order up thinking oh everything would be fresh but no!!!!! Patty melt had uncooked bread, whopper jr had broken meat patty and forgot bacon, my 7 year old took a bite of his crispy chicken sandwich and gagged because he said sauce was bad , got 2 large fries half filled and old! Will not be returning for sure!

I don’t live very far from Burger King and I’ve been going there for 28 years. And every time I go there I wonder if it’s the last time because every second or third time I go there it’s either shitty food, or really shitty service!
Today the screen did not show the menu items when I asked if they could tell me what was on the $5 & $7 dollar list I was told no it’s on the screen. I replied I cannot see it on the screen. She said people been ordering off it all day, long, sir!
I replied, I’m sorry, but I can’t see it! She continued to be rude as rattled it off so fast That I had to ask her to repeat it told her I was sorry, but I didn’t hear it all and I couldn’t see it on the screen.
Clearly, there’s a misunderstanding here Because I couldn’t see it on the screen.
that still is no reason for the shittiest customer service I have ever had. If she wants to debate something go home and debate it with somebody else not a customer. Needless to say, I said, forget it and left.. I do not recommend people go there. I will not recommend people ever go there!!!!!

What is it with burger kings? They are all dirty. Inside and out. Had onion rings and jalapeño bites. Both could have stood another minute or more in the fryer. Sorry bk, I’m done.

Menu board light burned out; couldn’t read board to order. French fries over-cooked, hard, dry, and actually snapped. Lettuce on sandwich was old and gray. More ice than pop. Horrible meal. I like BK but would never return to or recommend this BK.
