Would not recommend!!! Did a mobile order and they mentioned systems down but were able to pull order up thinking oh everything would be fresh but no!!!!! Patty melt had uncooked bread, whopper jr had broken meat patty and forgot bacon, my 7 year old took a bite of his crispy chicken sandwich and gagged because he said sauce was bad , got 2 large fries half filled and old! Will not be returning for sure!

Had the Big Fish no pickles added cheese. Sandwich was made correctly but lettuce was crispier than the fish. I think the fish was sitting a a warmer too long. Also I expected American cheese but it was a white cheese, didn’t taste bad just not what I expected.

Was craving spicy nugs and an original crispy chicken sandwich. The spicy nuts were covered in grease, they didn’t even give them time to rest from the fryer and the chicken sandwich was barely cooked. $16 an hour for this trash. I may have been the only one in the drive thru and I honestly don’t care that if I have to wait a few mins food.

Placed my order at 5:40. The girl said she’s in training. Very friendly. I ordered the $5 whopper Jr duo. I assumed it means 2 whopper jrs for $5. I was charged $12 and some change. I ordered 1 with cheese and bacon and 1 with Swiss and bacon. I asked why it was do much. She said because the crispy bacon takes 6 minutes and it also subsidizes our income as workers. I said, it doesn’t seem right. Do you have a manager I can talk to so I can get a second opinion? She said, the manager is busy cooking and I’m the assistant so you just have to talk to me.

I don’t think this place is worthy of one star, and I have no idea why I keep spending my money there. Maybe I’m hoping things have gotten better (well, it has not). The outside probably hasn’t been deep cleaned in years, the inside is a bio hazard, I couldn’t walk around the floor without my shoes sticking to it, the tables are not clean along with the fountain area and serving counter (garbage everywhere on them). I ordered online and went inside to pick it up. It wasn’t ready, nor did they even know I placed the order. Thirty minutes later, they finished the order threw( really did throw) it on the heater, I had to ask for my order, then that was thrown on the counter. I did even ask for my drink and just walked across the sticky floor and left. Got home the food flat, over sauced, and the burger was under cooked, I ate about half and I got to throw it out. Burger King shut this place down and start over, or put a Mc d’s there. My business is going to the DQ across the way, it’s worth the thirty minute wait.

The overwhelming feeling you get from any Burger King is that they absolutely know they will always be second best (to McDonald’s). Not necessarily in every way, but certainly in market share between the two most well known fast food giants. There’s actually at least twenty places I would prefer to eat before settling for this. And here’s the thing. When you are absolutely craving some garbage food to fill a void, it’s always McDonald’s (never Burger King). I think that says a lot about how it feels to knowingly eat this unhealthy trash. McDonald’s will do a job, while Burger King is never your primary go to option. That feeling good and bad all at once thing is something McDonald’s has owned for decades. Though to be fair, McDonald’s have also simultaneously managed a spectacular marketing miracle of inexplicably improving their image over the years, while Burger King is still living in the 1980’s. Having said all this, you know what you’re getting here. It’s reliable. It’s comforting. The staff may look like they hate their very existence, but have some sympathy. Not everyone can expertly smile through the pain for forty hours a week. Be nice. Don’t order McNuggets.

My order wasn’t right at all, and it’s not the first time. Thought I’d give em another shot, but I won’t be back after the service and food received. Ordered two chicken sandwiches with bacon and cheese, no lettuce. What I got was two chicken sandwiches with lettuce. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

I want to think the people at Burger King I was in Wednesday July 26th at 10:10 p.m. I ordered the Whopper Junior meal no pickles. I get on the road on my way home I bite into my sandwich good thing I tasted it before I chewed it cuz I’m allergic to pickles deathly allergic to pickles. I ended up having to pull over so I can throw up because I got some. So I want to thank you guys for almost putting me in the hospital and possibly could have killed me because you couldn’t follow your order of no pickles like I asked like it was on the screen and like you read back to me. So I want to thank you for almost putting me in the hospital. And thank you cuz I had to throw that meal away because after throwing up I didn’t have an appetite. I don’t know what it is with that Burger King lately but the service is piss poor and now they almost kill me. Let’s just say I will never be going back to their again. And what the hell they made me pull around to the front door and there was nobody behind me what the hell is that all about? I couldn’t just sit there for the next 2 minutes and get my food know you had to shove me around to the front either way it doesn’t matter you almost freaking killed me by putting pickles on my burger after I requested no pickles and you said no pickles back so I know I gave you the right order what a waste can’t believe that people can’t do their jobs they shouldn’t have their jobs easy job like that anybody should be able to do that job that has a half a brain but I guess they were just too busy horsing around in there to actually care about what a customer’s needs might be and that something that they asked not to have on their burger might actually be a reason not to have it on there

Just gotta have the charbroil flavor. I quit going to Hardee’s years ago because they lost that charbroil flavor. Although the fries really, really suck here. I haven’t ever seen them make a fresh batch. They always try to give me the nasty, cold cardboard tasting fries so I just simply quit ordering fries at burger King
