Falling Two Feathers
Took 20 mins to get classic chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. The kitchen floor was absolutely disgusting. Ketchup spilled, buns on floor, hamburger patty on floor, container cover on floor. Most food was on cooks station on the floor under counter. There was also wrappers on floor in kitchen. Staff was walking over ketchup spill. To top it off, the man who was in front of me did not receive his food by the time I walked out the door. He was upset and staff had to look for his order. Cashier was nice, but the kitchen was disgusting.

The play place area had no ac and it had a horrible stench. Ceiling is leaking right in front of the play place area. Icee machine is not working. My arm sticks to the table. Ordered nuggets and for my kids and those seemed fine. The place is definitely outdated and needs alot of attention.

Like an typical fast food joint, drive through gets served faster and takes the priority. Which bothers me as a dine in customer. Dine in customers should be served as quick as possible. Anyway, after a longer than normal wait the food was actually surprisingly good. We were there at 5 pm on a weeknight and the place was pretty dead. Staff was very nice. The interior design is still stick in the 90s but it was clean. They also have a play palace for kiddos. My only negative to take away is the inconvenience of getting in and out of the parking lot. Going west on hwy 10 is the only easy way to exit the restaurant parking lot. Any other direction you could get caught in a mess trying to leave

In the past we had a couple issues with this location (as we have occasionally with every other fast food place we’ve been to). However, the last couple times we’ve gone, the service has been great, our orders are perfect, and everything is fresh and hot. There’s an older gentleman who is working every time we go and he’s super friendly and accommodating.

We waited about 20 minutes to get our order. The 10 piece chicken nuggets & french fries were over fried in old grease. Had a bitter taste. The coke machine was down so we couldn’t get our drinks of choice. The girl at the window was pleasant. We didn’t return because I think it was shortly before they closed & we live 8-10 miles away.

I’ve never had slower service. I tried to go inside first as there was a line up in the drive through and I was in a hurry. I stood waiting for someone to help me for 4-5 minutes before deciding to do the drive through anyway which was just as bad. Only to receive chicken that was ice cold. However the fries were fresh.

Thus was a quick drive through for a breakfast snack. At 8 AM, it was easy and hot and ready. Ordered and paid/got my meal in about 5 min and back on the road. This location has always been a good stop for me. Order accuracy and service has been very good.

Had great experiences at this location for the first few months I had been living in this area then, this past weekend I decided to stop by and order a BK Double Stacker Meal and Two orders of 10 PC Nuggets.
– The attendant did not confirm my order or tell me the price just told me to pull ahead.
– I pull ahead then she proceeded to not follow the no contact rule with the bin and I handed my card to her.
– She gave me my drink and did not say a word.
– Window closes, The attendant starts dancing (that’s fine I don’t care how you keep yourself busy at your job but if it affects your work then its a problem)
– I waited for give or take 8 to 10 mins. Was handed a bag with a burger, not the burger that I ordered but a cold burger, cold fries and nuggets.
Due to how I feel about fast food restaurants I did not trust them to fix my order in a timely fashion and not sabotage my food for their mistake. So I left frustrated with all aspects of a transaction I was looking forward to.
I will not be visiting this burger king ever again and I recommend you take the same cautions with this location.

IMO Burger King is better than McD for size and taste of all items on the menu. It definitely tastes better when compared.
I tried the meat alternative whopper and it id not as good as the real meat Whopper. I’m not a big fat (fast) food eater and I had this as I had left work early due to onset of flu. It made me feel better, so there’s that.

Update: it’s been a few months & I was in a hurry so I took a chance & tried this BK again. BIG MISTAKE!
Food was (again) terrible. They actually redipped the fries & managed to turn them into bland dry sticks! Rodeo chicken was overcooked & the onion rings we’re overdone to the point there was no onion in the ring anymore (yep.. it can actually happen!)
Asked for a hamburger (no cheese) & Sprite with no ice & got a cheeseburger & a Sprite with mostly ice.
The even managed to give us an extra item (chicken nuggets) that… Wait for it…

OVERCOOKED! (Seriously.. they make noise when you tap then in a table!)
Parking lot was empty & it’s easy to see why! …… I miss the Rogers Burger King!

I talked to the new supervisor (after leaving a very negative review) & he was very professional about addressing this issue. He assured me that the company standard will be meet with his staffing & overall efficiency of the restaurant.
Can’t change my 1 star rating as I most likely will not be back to that restaurant (even though I have a free meal offered in response to my complaint).
