I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. Place an order online and when I went to pick it up they said they cancelled it because they don’t know who I am. Do they know every person that walks in the store. What a lame excuse not to work and being lazy. Front door is nasty I’m sure behind the counter is too. Avoid.

My order through the app was not made because my number is currently out of service but I use WiFi to make the order.. When I enter the 470 Whalley Avenue store, I was confronted because of me not having a number they did not make my sandwich, For this issue, I was forced to stand in the store and wait while my 3yr old daughter was sitting in the car by herself…. Also when their screen said, my sandwich was ready They made me wait five extra minutes and when I asked about my sandwich, they ignored me.

As I walk into the location you have 2 employees outside in full uniform exchanging money. I make it inside there were about 10 employees on staff. I was completely ignored for about 15 min. No greeting no we’ll be right with you nothing. The two employees make it back inside so I’m thinking ok maybe they’ll help me yea right they went to counting more money inside at the register. If you don’t have common basic people skills then this isn’t the job for them. I didnt order anything what a waste of time.

Three of us came in for some food around 10:15pm and while we were waiting a lady came in very nicely, stated she bit into two wings and they were undercooked. The manager snapped told her she can’t take it back or do anything. When my friend got his wings, naturally because of what just happened, now we’re going to check. He used a fork IN FRONT OF THEM and the habanero wings were undercooked and pink STILL. They took his food back though and asked if he wanted it “well done” as if chicken isn’t supposed to be. Then she lied on the phone to her boss saying that she ate half the box and that’s why she didn’t do anything with the previous ladies order. My bread came out fine thank god! I don’t see a ServSafe certification posted anywhere and the guy didn’t know what that was when I asked. All three employees were using their hands in and out of different types ingredients without any care of potential cross contamination. The manager used her phone, played with her hair, proceeded to touch the pos system and make a pizza without washing her hands or putting on gloves. As food service workers ourselves, we all know what bar of customer service and food quality should’ve be met. I definitely will be contacting corporate and not visiting this location again.

I ordered what I thought was boneless chicken wings but got chopped up bite- sized chicken. Some of the pieces weren’t even the equivalence of a nugget. The garlic twists were overcooked. I will never order from this location again.

Pizza was extremely dry. As well the pan pizza is made with a certain amount of cheese which this pizza did not have. Very disappointed doubt I would order from this establishment again. This is not the first time either. Ask for pizza uncut it clearly says it!

Absolutely terrible experience at this Domino’s location. I placed an order and when I arrived to pick it up, the employee said they tried to call to confirm (which they didn’t – no missed calls on my phone) and then refused to make my order! The employee was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This store needs a serious change in staff. Yesterday’s experience at another Domino’s was fantastic, highlighting just how bad this location is. Avoid this place!
