Manager likes his phone more than taking people’s orders , also doesn’t change his gloves after he touches his phone and peoples money and then grabs your donuts , guy took ten minutes to make one coffee and heat up a coffee roll for the person in front of me

I buy a specific donut and when I go pick up in the drive thru they alllllllllwwwways give me a different donut. Like if you don’t have a specific donut just ask me which ones you have! But noooooo they randomly through one in the bag. And they never give me a straw for my iced coffee. And most of the time the employees are on the phone. Ridiculous!
