The last three times I’ve come in to pick up an online order all the employees were taking breaks until I got there. Either in the lobby or in the side office. The last pickup they wasted almost 15 minutes of my time. It’s like turning the light on and the cockroaches scatter. I don’t know why I need to show up for them to be prompted to make the orders on the screen.

First time at this location. Only 1 car in lot, assuming a worker. Was about 5:40pm on a Wed. Newer looking location. Ordered a side of Val Fries i never received, and got onions on my whopper i asked to be removed. Did call back to let them know, n will have to return somehow to get my fry. My whopper wasn’t warm, n the chic wrap barely had a strip of chic in there.
Kid said her buger was warm enough for her.

Went here on Thursday food was messed up. Ate there so got it fixed. Today I went ordered the same thing and ended up paying $18 for a large soda and 2 whoppers that were wrong AGAIN!! This time I walked, didnt realize until I got back to the dorm that it was wrong again! Lesson learned! But for god sakes people!!

I’m a fan of BK but the food is never fully cooked. My cheese bites are half frozen. Unsalted fries and holy hell. They slathered the burger in mustard! I uploaded a photo. That’s all mustard! I think the employees here are trying to get fired. Oh. The coke was just slightly coke tasting soda water. This was my third try with nasty food. I don’t know how a place can fall so badly

Onion rings were soggy.
Buddy got sick on a chicken sandwich.
Staff seems as though they don’t want to be there.

*MANAGER/OWNER PLEASE READ*
(I just realized I accidentally made this review for the other burger king in town, but here’s the correct one.) Me and my good friend were hungry later at night and decided on Burger King, as neither of us had eaten there in ages. We didn’t want to wait in a line of cars, so we ordered on the app. Together we got two meals, one being a chicken fry meal and one being a jr bacon cheeseburger meal. Incase you aren’t aware, meals come with a drink and a side, this is important for later. We also ordered an extra side of cheesy tots to share. We arrived at Burger King at around 7:15pm. This Burger King’s drive thru is open until 8pm, but the lobby/dining room closes at 7pm, also important information. There wasn’t a soul or car around that building if you don’t count the single (employee?) car. We go through the drive thru and we are greeted by someone asking us if we would like to order. I tell her that I made an online order and she tells me to pull up to the window. This is where everything goes wrong. When we get to the window, we are immediately handed a large Dr Pepper, and the employee turns around and goes back into the kitchen before I could say anything. Neither of us got a large drink, or a Dr Pepper, but luckily my friend ended up drinking it. We waited in the drive thru for around 10 minutes before the employee comes back to the window, and visibly annoyed, she asked us what order we had. I tell her again what the name on the order was, and she proceeds to ask me what was in it. Coming from a food service background and current food service worker, I fully understand asking that question when your screens are backed up and have to verify what food goes to who, but we were the ONLY people near that building, let alone ordering. I could also see into the building from the window and could see my order on the screen, and it was in fact the only one. I told her that my order was the one with two meals and a side of cheese tots, and two medium drinks. She looks back at her screen and at that point I bring up my phone with the order on it. She looks at it for a second and asks me “so just the cheeseburger and the fries?” and before I could even answer, she’s back in the kitchen again. At this point I knew for sure that this order was going to be nowhere near correct. A minute later she comes back with a very small bag, and I could tell from a mile away that we aren’t getting everything we ordered, or our drinks. She goes to hand me the bag and as I’m reaching out to take it, I ask her if the two MEALS are in here, and if we’ll get our drinks. She said that our order is all in this tiny bag and didn’t even mention the drinks. She shut the window again, and disappeared into the kitchen/back of the building. I waited for another minute before I realized she’s not coming back. And if you remember from before, I could not go inside because the dining room was closed. Once we parked away from the building, lo and behold, there were only two of the 7 items we ordered inside. We received only my jr bacon cheeseburger and my friends chicken fries. We ended up missing our cheesy tots, both of our fries, both of our drinks, and my friends side of bbq sauce. The total for my order was $27, and we ended up with around maybe $7 of food. The most confusing part of it all, was that my cheeseburger, which I customized, was fully correct. In that case, whoever was working in the kitchen, did in fact see the screen with the rest of our order on it, and somehow forgot 80% of the order. That night I ended up going into the app I ordered the food on, and used their chatbot to try and get into contact with someone to help me get a refund. I told the bot everything that was missing, and was told that I would get a response within 24-48 hours. This happened last week, and I’ve submitted a complaint twice with still no word back. I guess the little food we got was pretty good taste wise, but we won’t be back, along with many, many others.

AVOID, unless you want people with hair greasier than your burger making you food.
Went to drive through today and was told to wait (I was the only one in drive through) and I did patiently and respectfully. Then when they were ready to take my order, I asked for a simple, whopper meal. Whoever was taking my order didn’t know what that was and gave me an attitude, that was unnecessary, so had to give an attitude back because if they can’t treat their customers with respect, they shouldn’t get none. Then drove to the window and he didn’t even show his face. If you’re going to be disrespectful, atleast be good at it and show your face. After paying, I was told to pull forward and they will bring it out when it’s ready. Having to wait, I was expecting my food to be somewhat fresh. The patties were dry and the old fries were darker than my skin. The only thing that tasted fresh from the meal I got was the ice in my drink. Whoever is running this restaurant should be fired. No one was in uniforms, everyone looked unhappy, some don’t even know the menu, and serving old food is a big no no. FYI, if you’re going to be disrespectful, at least do your job right.

I should have known this place would be bad since there were NO cars in the parking lot.
Pull in at 9:45am on a Saturday.
No biscuits, no iced coffee. A 10 minute wait for anything.
The hash brown bites were cold. They gave me no ice for my Coke and no straw. No syrup for the French toast sticks. Had to send the employee back in twice to get them.
Pretty much wasted $20 on this food because it was not edible.
I can see why the reviews are so low.

Anything worth doing, is worth doing right. You are failing and should probably close this store forever. It’s an embarrassment.

This is a review update. But I lost my last one which was 1 Star. I’ve been there often lately expecting food that tastes like Burger King. And they are doing that. And the staff isn’t scary anymore, they are the kind of people you think should have better jobs. Hard working individuals who seem to enjoy life better than I can

Just came in to pick up a mobile order for in-store pick up. The gentleman at the front was really kind and saw to my order fulfillment immediately. He was kind and professional and I could tell he was s people person. Not sure if he’s the manager or not, but with him, you’re on good hands.

The food was absolutely fresh and hot. I would say out of the thousands of times I’ve been to BK all around the country, this might have been my #1 experience. Thank you for your hospitality
