The disrespectful girl at the drive-through got the order completely wrong and when we question it, she push the bag at us and told us to just take it because there was nothing she could do about it. We asked her to correct it and she said just take the food. We finally got her to correct the extra charges and she threw the food at us and said we should’ve just taken it anyway because we got it for free or some thing and she couldn’t remove it from the bag once it had been put in a bag. Then we noticed everything in the bag had been incorrectly made, because she had added all this extra stuff that she charged us for which we didn’t want and then didn’t have the stuff we did want on it when I called back to talk to a manager I recognize your voice and asked her if she was the person who took our order the drive-through and she lied and said she wasn’t but then when I told her that the person at the drive-through got her order wrong. She said she got it perfect. I said I needed to actually talk to a manager and then or an owner. she lied again and told me she was an owner even though she was in her 20s I contacted Burger King corporate and they basically did nothing about it.

The gentleman, I think he was the manager, was so sweet. He brought the food to our table, made us chocolate milk – which was not on the menu – for my 5 year old nephew, and gave my nephew a coloring book page to hang up in the restaurant. I wish I knew his name, he gave amazing service and took pride and joy in his work. Great job!

Seriously, the most ignorant employees I’ve ever had to deal with. Interrupted us constantly when trying to order, refused to give us a receipt, and order was wrong. They just ignored us tapping on the window to get correct food. Considering it’s 250pm and they have literally ZERO other customers, I’m not certain how hard an order of 3 items could possibly be.

The food we got was old and nasty and the fries were so dead and burnt. We ordered 40$ of food everything was over cooked left out for a while and just hard nasty old food. The workers were rude as well! I will never come back

Placed a Mobil order at 12:10 thinking it’d be ready by 12:30, got there and sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes. And I only ordered a whopper. Trash customer service, trash employees.

Your staff is incredibly rude. I got two cheeseburgers and they were both raw. When I went back they told me “they don’t know how to set it up properly”. I’m not sure how you can be serving meat to people if you don’t know “how to set it up properly”. Won’t be back

I STOPPED TO THIS BK BECAUSE IT WAS TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, GROSS FOOD. I GAVE THIS BK ANOTHER CHANCE BECAUSE I HEARD THAT IT WAS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I AM SO THANKFUL THAT I DID. I MET THE NEW MANAGER CHAUNCEY AND HE IS FANTASTIC. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, POLITENESS, HIS PUNCTUALITY, AND OVERALL CHAUNCEY WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. HE TREATED US WITH KINDNESS, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE MY ADHD SON FEEL INCLUDED AND WELCOME, AND HAS A FANTASTIC VIBE. NOT ONLY WAS HE A GREAT EXPERIENCE, BUT THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS EASY, INSIDE WAS VERY CLEAN, THE MUSIC WAS AMAZING AND FAMILY FRIENDLY.
