The lady everyone says it’s rude was the sweetest person to me and very patient also put a smile on my face while also being the only worker there she is not paid enough sometimes customer service isn’t gone be spot on when it’s one person working. She is the heart of that place and it’s clean and the food is always done well wen I eat.

Came with my family Friday evening around 9pm there was an older employee there her name was Veronica. She was the rudest person I ever encountered working at one of these fast food places and that says a lot! She refused to take my code then when I asked to purchase the Scooby Doo toys she literally said I don’t know which ones we have. That’s when you’re supposed to look! We had to go to another location to get the toys. When I tried to call to speak to a manager whoever answered just left the phone sitting until I hung up. I’m calling corporate tomorrow. That’s how bad her customer service was.

I ordered breakfast and a original chicken sandwich. The wait wasn’t to bad and the service was good.
The food was just ok. It seemed like the food wasn’t fresh and the fries was cold and was put in the grease a second time to warm them up. And the fries were limp and mushy.

The food was terrible, our sides were not hot it was hard we got fries and mozzarella sticks and it tasted like it was sitting for days this is by far the worst fast food spot on Douglas Ave if it had zero stars I would put zero highly dissatisfied.

Went at night. Sandwich I ordered did not look appetizing. Very small and everything was falling out of Sandwich. 1 little piece of lettuce.

The service was horrible. It took about 10 minutes to get a Wopper Junior in the drive through at 1:30 PM
