I used to enjoy stopping in here for food on the way home, but the quality of the food after it’s made as well as orders being wrong or simply missing items has escalated tremendously. For example, today my order was missing an item and a sandwich I ordered was hard as a rock and very dry as if it had been sitting in the warmer forever. The fries were also very stale. Now I could go back and complain but what’s the point? One customer complaint isn’t going to change anything and it’s not worth my time to head back across town over a missing $3 sandwich. I hope things turn around here where the quality comes back but sadly I’m sure it won’t.

Johnny is 10 out of 10 the best employee that works there. He’s always enthusiastic when talking to guests, and the food is hot and fresh EVERY-TIME. when we hear him on the speaker, we know we are in good hands. He also takes our order, takes our payment, and then brings it to us. Hes a hard worker deserves a raise and all the benefits BK has to offer. Thanks Johnny!

Everything was as expected. Nuggets tested like the old school tenders I remember only in nugget form. Burger was flame broiler and taste good. Fries were average.

Margie Johnny and crew are amazing everytime I come in. Their service is on par with that of the best chik fi la’s and Culver’s of the world. Staff is fast and efficient. The people there are worth the visit. Even tho the company prices are high Johnny and the crew make it worth it.

I used to stop in once a week, now it’s once a month. The food has gotten gradually worse. I don’t know why but I’m thinking that corporate that provides the actual food for all franchises is chintzing on the quality. It’s not the service so Good bye for now. I’ll stop back in 6 months if they’re still open…

Literally every time I come here they forget something, whether it’s a side, condiments. They even forgot to toast the bun for the melt the most recent time I went. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get it right.

The female manager at this location is very under experienced for a GM . Unfortunately you can tell this location lacks experience and training in its staff . It all starts with the leaders . If the leaders are not experienced to a GM level they will not be able to properly run an establishment. Please train this poor lady so she can properly train her staff and maintain a higher quality of professionalism, cleanliness , and to have a servant heart in this particular restaurant on Douglas Ave .
