There is no atmosphere because the lobby is closed. The guys are nice. Doing everything that they can. I don’t think I like BK like I used to. The large fries are not worth the extra price. You might get one extra three fries as compared to the small size. Picture attached.

My experience was horrible! I ordered online where my coupon did not apply for some reason. The store would not refund me, claiming they couldn’t since I ordered online. They were out of the drinks I ordered online, and they “Can’t refund,” so I got drinks I didn’t want. Online I ordered applesauce with the kids meal. Instead I only received the drink and burger (with incorrect toppings). When I asked about the applesauce, I was told they don’t carry applesauce. The employee thought I would happy with not receiving anything. I asked if we could have fries instead of the applesauce. The employee THREW the bag of fries through my window before stomping off. I realized when we got home that there was no toy with the kids meal. I also received the wrong sandwich with the meal I ordered. I can’t even eat the sandwich they gave me. Terrible place! Don’t go here!!

Absolutely do not eat at this restaurant. I’ve been to this locations many times and have always worried about their cleanliness. Well this week my fears came to fruition. I’ll save you the details, but my 6 year old son and I both got horrible food poisoning after eating here. When I contacted management, they were beyond useless and could have cared less. I guarantee no changes will be made. Eat here at your own risk. Your toilet will thank you.

Nice 12$ whopper, thanks for wasting my money. Went in the garbage. And the fries tasted like they came off the floor, not even remotely warm. Person taking our order was a total jerk to us, apparently they thought we had just come through the drive thru and did something to upset them, wouldn’t even talk to us besides nastily saying “did you just come through here” then a disbelieving “uh huh” when we politely asked what they were talking about and said no we did not just order. Can they not see the cars drive through and see ours was a different car?? Never going here again.

Terrible service! My son and I were the only ones in the drive thru and when we got up to the window, we paid and then got our food tossed at us. The young woman with red curly hair then proceeded to slam the drive thru window shut. It’s obvious why burger King in slinger is not doing well at all. Maybe it’s time to hire kind employees who greet customers and even smile. Good luck!

Very rude service by both workers we encountered tonight. The lady in the drive thru was impatient after being asked for a minute so we could decide. One of the items we were ordering wasn’t available, so we needed more time deciding on something else for my son. Two of our three sandwiches were made incorrectly. We only asked for one to be resolved because our son can’t have cheese. Mistakes happen, but the lady wasn’t happy to remake it for my son. Then she didn’t put the bacon on it and handed me a cup of uncooked bacon after I asked if the bacon was on it. She rudely put it on the counter with no apology. The family waiting in line behind us was never acknowledged and ended up leaving. No stars deserved.

This place has more than once messed up my order. This most recent visit we were asked to pull around to the front door to wait. We waited 20 min for our “fast food” to be brought out to our car. All we had were 2 burgers and a small fry. I will not be stopping here again.

Food is always pre-made and setting out, they nuke it to get warm again. Most the staff is friendly they just forget to check the counter so you are standing there for 10 minutes without being helped. The store’s floor is always flithy and slippery, makes me nervous to walk inside. Tables need to be cleaned up more other after a customer leaves considering the indoor crowd is not very busy, so it says to me the tables are not cleaned very often.

The staff was very friendly and the food was prepared perfect. I took one star off for having the bathrooms closed. workers and travelers still need a place to use the facilities. Stop being cheap and open the bathrooms, provide cleaning materials in the stalls, make sure there is soap and paper towels. Covid is just an excuse to not provide these facilities and relieve staff of the responsibility for cleaning.
