My boyfriend and I came into town to spend time with his elderly aunt and before we left we wanted to stop by and grab a few sandwiches to go. Little did we know they close at 3pm on a Sunday and the women working told us it was completely rude to show up right before close and that is most disrespectful thing you can say to a customer. I’ve worked in customer service for my whole life and that’s not how you handle that situation. On top of it, all the sandwiches were not wrapped and everything was falling out in the bag.

People are rude when you go through the drive through. They absolutely treat you like an inconvenience. They didnt want to help us and we could hear them talking. They started laughing so we drove off. No deserves to feel like they are going to have their food messed with.

The management assisted in taking my order. He was pleasant and took my order to perfection. My food was also fresh and hot.
However, this facility is screaming for help to be updated from the inside out. Outside there is a sign that says Kids Club that was probably torn off in a storm. Do you or do you not have a kids club? The sidewalk is in much need of repair. Someone could fall. Inside it needs a thorough cleaning. One of the staff had long hair. No hat or anything to hold back hair. You need that around food. The restroom was not very clean and it smelled. Finally, it took a while to receive my order.

I pulled into the drive thru at this location and the lady had on her microphone and said, “I can’t believe someone is actually pulling in here. All the lights are off. WE’RE CLOSED!” The website said they were open until 3 o’clock pm AND there were cars parked in the parking lot. I will never visit here again.

I have reviewed this place before and now I have ad to come back after a while of being out of state! I have seen a lot of reviews about this place recently and all I can say is people need to grow up and stop complaining about everything!! I went thru drive thru 1/23/2026 and I could barely hear the lady so I told her I would come inside. The place was clean and the 90s nostalgia was still how I remember!! The lady was very nice and the guy in the back sure knew is stuff! Food was the best I have had at any Burger King in years! Hot!! Fresh!!! And fast!!

Food was good but I stopped going to this Burger King because, the the eating area was always dirty, the bathroom is so disgusting I walk out of it feeling my hands where more dirty than when I walked in there (and I had just washed my hands)? So it made me start thinking if the eating area and bathroom is that disgusting I wonder what the kitchen is like where they’re making my food! The girl at the front counter that takes orders really likes to talk about herself doesn’t even acknowledge what you’re telling her. She also likes to gossip about regular customers that go to eat there often. I mean come on! It always made me feel real uncomfortable. If you want to see the worst Burger King restaurant ever, go to this one. I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating there though.
So I wanted to update my review I have since went back to this burger king and the place is very very clean now. The girl at the front counter does not work there no more so that is not a problem. The girl that does now work at the front counter is phenomenal, she’s very9 friendly and gives great customer service, she actually remembers my name every time I walk in there now, which I think is just amazing that just doesn’t happen nowadays. So I would recommend this burger thing now!

Easy to access from the interstate. It was two tenths of a mile from the exit. It has clean restrooms and a drive thru for your convenience. There have handicap access and plenty of parking

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and nobody said a word. I moved forward to the windows and the whole kitchen was empty but there were people eating inside. They were clearly open but didn’t seem to have time to feed the people in the drive through. Going to post the video I made on social media. Definitely not cool.

I’m not sure if this place is even open. 7:30 this morning. I went through the drive through and there was nothing but silence. There were two cars in the parking lot. The lights were on but it appeared that nobody was home. This is the second time I’ve come through here and had the same experience. I then tried to call the number and automatically hangs up. One can only speculate that this location is closed. McDonald’s is right down the street and they got my money this morning.
