My friend ditched me downtown and said she went to IPPA. I had no idea that this restaurant was here. Dwarfed by Great Wall chinese restaurant practically next door, this little Vietnamese restaurant has great flavor. When you walk in, there is a small dining area and you order from the large ordering window to the left. You can see the whole kitchen. Dictinct Vietnamese music was playing in the backround as a solitary old man prepared my food. While some of the menu options were standard “chinese” fare, it was obvious that there were some unique vientamese dishes. The food was phenomenal and the old man was very welcoming and kind. I would go back anytime.
