I walked in the door, and the manager, Richard, was standing at the counter facing away from me, playing on his phone. As I saw my order wasn’t ready yet, I thought I’d see how long it would take for him to notice me. 2 minutes is when he turned around and was startled. He was on his phone the entire time I was there. The girl working the drive thru had to come put my order together because he couldn’t be bothered. My shoes stuck to the floor because the soda machine in the lobby looked like it exploded. All kinds of trash on the floor behind the counter. I was the only customer in there. The drive thru wasn’t that busy, yet the manager wasn’t helping at all due to being on his phone. The employees were obviously frustrated with him also. Poor management on the 15th and Broadway locations.

Burger King surprised me in a good way. The food came out hot, the fries were fresh, and the Whopper actually tasted like it was made to order instead of sitting around. The staff was friendly and got my order right without any issues, which is rare these days. The dining area could’ve been a little cleaner, and the wait was a bit longer than expected, but overall it was a solid experience. Good flavor, good service, and definitely worth stopping by when you’re craving something fast but satisfying.

Made an online order, and when I promptly arrived I was ignored, even as the store was open with employees inside. Waited at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes then went to the window to no avail. I now have to request a refund and wait 3 business days all because someone didn’t feel the need to do their job and just hand me my food.

Literally waited forever to order in the drive through along with a bunch of other upset cars just to find out that they were not open? Maybe? Or maybe they were not up at the front? Not sure. All the lights were on and they fully looked open and the sign on the door along with google said that they are open. It is 11:30 pm and they apparently close at 2 am. Not tonight I guess.

Charging what you charge for your meals and then sending us home half filled fry containers and a chicken patty less than 1/4 inch thick is a joke. Not to mention this thing is rock hard.

Ordered two chicken wraps no tomato’s!! And one of the new Philly wraps. Was very disappointed!! All of them had barley any chicken on them With tomatoes!! They were smothered in ranch!! And the Philly one had cold peppers and onions on them!! So it was a ranch tortillas with a bite of chicken and a bit of lettuce and soggy tomatoes!! And there pop and ice and water machines were down. So when we ordered combos. Didn’t get anything to drink with any of them!!! This burger king has gone down hill and should just be closed down!!

Horrible listening skills even when not busy. I ordered 2 rodeo cheeseburgers , Xtra BBQ and on bottom buns. I cannot have a large amount of sesame seeds due to health reasons. Is why I asked. The drive thru girl said ok. Yet I never seen it posted on the order. Then my wife orders a whopper Jr with no pickle or tomatoe. She noticed my rodeos didn’t say it on the board as we’ve seen other times. So she asked the girl to make sure it’s bottom buns . Once again the girl said ok. Then the order came to a total which it still never said it. So for the 3rd time I asked the rodeos are bottom buns. She said it’s on there. It wasn’t. So I get my food and check. Of course no bottom buns. So I had her take it back while she pretty much snarled I even looked, as the workers wondering with confusion if I wanted bottom buns why it never said so. Needless to say this girl had no skills being in a drive-thru that deals in communication. The workers didn’t seem to much of an issue but Also looking at this photo do you see very skimpy ingredients. A drop of ketchup, 3 tiny pieces of lettuce…. is this what I can expect from burgerking nowadays?

We where double charged for our meal and got the run around always told to come back at a different time to speak with a manager. Absolutely trash customer service no one cared they charged our card twice.

Way way too slow to be called fast food. I am just at the drive thru speaker for 29 minutes without ordering. Only one car at the windows. By the time I got my food after another 10 minutes I watch at least 4 cars use the alley to leave. Finally got my food on the way to somewhere, no condiments, no napkins
