I ordered a milkshake, not only did it have a small piece of plastic wrap in it, it leaked on me in the car and on my Church clothes due to a defective cup, i called the manager Abby, and asked only for a remake, that the cup was defective and leaked on my clothes, she said rudely, did you not notice before you left the store, well no, cause the milkshake was thick, so it didn’t leak out til it started to melt some, she said she had a hard time believing me, and that accidents happen, which i understand that, all i wanted was a remake. I said i can’t believe your talking to me like this, i was nice to her and she spoke so rudely to me. Told me it’s just a $5 milkshake. I was so upset at the nerve of her rudeness. I can’t belive they put managers with a bad mouth like this in the store.
Update… i went back by to get the remake, even tho the machine was down, i spoke with a different manager Beyonka, she was very nice to me and i thanked her, as she acted like not only a good manager but a kind person. That goes a long way.

I had visited on Sunday (9/14/25). I ordered a chocolate milkshake and the new Buffalo chicken tacos with blue cheese crumbles. The tacos were very good. The presentation was very nice as well. The workers were fast and kind as well. I will definitely visit again!

Ever since they did their renovations the service has dropped drastically. Understandable the drive thru was busy, so I went inside to order. I ordered a 20 count chicken finger family meal with 2 large, waited 30-45 minutes to only receive a partial order.
Given the manager attempted to make it right, however by that point I was done and demanded a refund with receipt. Only reason I am posting here is because they didn’t provide me a receipt that allowed me to send my review/survey directly to them. This I posted here

Erica was great! She quickly fixed a delivery mistake that wasn’t the fault of hers or her Zaxby’s but the third party delivery driver! I definitely appreciate her going above and beyond!

I deducted 2 stars because the health score is 83. We won’t be eating here again until it is over 90. I deducted stars on the atmosphere because the ice maker/drink machine is the loudest thing in the restaurant. The motor is constant and grating.

Two stars because the staff was nice. You have a B grade (87), which was hiding behind a display on the front counter.
At that moment, I should have asked for a refund, BUT I gave y’all the benefit of doubt, thinking the staff would do everything possible to exemplify excellent food and service. Y’all got half of that right and it didn’t involve the food.
I ordered a 5 pc wing meal and cobb salad. I could have taken a picture of the chicken wings, but “cold” cannot be seen in a picture. Hence the wings meal was cold.
The salad had grill smut all through it, which leads me to believe that no one cleans the grill.
The cucumbers and lettuce were well pass their prime. Hint: when cucumbers are translucent, they should be thrown away. I threw all of them in the garbage. Y’all piled up the container with lettuce, trying to mask the old, brown and soggy lettuce, that was also covered with the grill residue.
The ONLY REASON I went to your location is because the other Zaxby’s closed at 7pm.
Even the dining area was a mess, and to see only one person cleaning it, was unacceptable.
This is a management issue.

Had a wonderful experience just from walking in, was greeted by everyone cheerfully and warmly. got my order taken who was equally has awesome and the food came out almost immediately

So I’m leaving this review because I’m still upset after this happened. Me and my sister in law went through this Zaxbys drive thru today. She was driving so i told her my order and she order it EXACTLY like I told her along with her food. i ordered my usual boneless wing meal with a MEDIUM peach tea and I wanted coleslaw so a side of coleslaw. The girl taking our order was NOT listening while my sister in law was ordering. I knew that because with the boneless wing meal I always get zax sauce instead of ranch because I don’t like ranch, well she asked what sauce instead of ranch after we already said that! We get to the window and I see 2 small drinks and we were both like “it was supposed to be a medium” and the guy at the window immediately got an attitude with us. Then they didn’t have that i ordered a side of coleslaw and they were like “well did you order the traditional wings because it only comes with that” and we were like “we ordered that separately….” and the guy just continued with his attitude. Maybe instead of getting an attitude with the customer, who ordered the food the way they wanted it, go talk to the person taking orders through the drive thru because the reason it was wrong in the first place was because of her not listening while we were ordering! It’s more frustrating for the customer when the employee isn’t listening to them while they’re ordering……

The staff was young and inexperienced barely could hear through the speaker outside constantly repeating myself just to still give me a poor order I knew I should’ve checked before I left. Didn’t have traditional wings like I wanted so I suffered with these poorly coated with wimpy sauce around them instead of on them food wasn’t hot and wait until you see what all sprites suppose to be lastly they gave my kids cole slaw did I ask for it no I did not cause we don’t eat it. About Last Night! 10/10 we would recommend! I’ve been here at least 5 times in one week. Aaron and his crew are ahhhhhhhhhhhmazing!!!! The service, the food, the consistency are all reasons why we keep coming back. We didn’t even mind that the coke machine was out. He did everything he could to make sure his customers were taken care of and for that we will continue to come back again and again. Kudos to the whole team!
