I ordered a bacon king, and was given a chicken sand-which, slopped together mess with a burnt bun. This is why you will be replaced by a machine. Also you were rude. I work on the road, and can’t even go back for a refund or new sand-which due to time constraints. Thanks

Workers were super nice. They were getting ready to close the eat in part of restaurant but told us to take our time. Very nice of them. (Also offered to let a person from outdoors) fill water bottle because it was sweltering hot out & this guys face was pure red from outdoor weather. That made me feel good to see how much they care for people that aren’t customers. You really dont see this very often! I will be back.

First off this place is dirty. I order a sausage sandwich with no egg they open a already setting out sandwich and pulled the egg off and re- wrapped it. Call ask for manager person on the phone acted like he couldnt hear me the hung up on me. Call back they disconnected the phone line so it was busy everytime i called back. DO NOT EAT THERE. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

Staff was pretty cool here and let me get food through the drive through when I was stuck there for a day traveling on the bus. Inside they also have electrical outlets which can be handy if the bus station a few blocks away is closed.

This Burger King was awful. To start with, the company obviously does not care about their customers safety in my own opinion. The parking lot is in very poor disarray, with huge pot holes and missing black top. It’s not just one little section in the parking lot ,but across the whole parking lot but extends into the handicap parking as well. So if you are an unstable when you walk you should use the drive through. Second the inside of this store is filthy. The floor is sticky and the dirt is caked on realy thick and looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while. Some of the staff look and act sick which is concerning considering our current pandemic. The food seams to be the same quality that you would expect from Burger King , and the manager there was nice which is a plus ➕️ but… he told his employee that the pandemic was just a flu accordingly to our governor and she should continue working with a runny nose in font of us. Now although he was nice to us and the the other patrons niceties does not make up for a filthy establishment or the dose of his personal opinion.

The food at this bk never made feel slightly uneasy like the waukee location does. Service is fast at this location most of the time. The only negative is the condition of the building and the parking lot. I have never been to a mainstream fast food location with a building on such terrible condition.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered off the $1 plus menu. Cashier sounded like she didnt know what she was doing. Asked for 2 cheeseburgers and only recieved one. Worst service ever. Dont recommend.

The food tasted good, I just don’t think the staff at this location likes to work, I could be wrong? The bathrooms were clean, I was mostly in a hurry as always on this visit I had a bus to catch so I didn’t spend a lot of time looking around too much.
