They need to seriously fire the old African American lady they hired! This has become the worst dominoes I’ve ever been too. She has no customer service. Completely ignores the customers. Told Jason the manager in person and over the phone I wasn’t happy with the pizza they provided to me. I mentioned it was over cooked with slightly thinner crust than usual. I used to come to this location once, sometimes twice weekly, and total 20 times ordering the same exact pizza but no more. I repeatedly asked him if he would honor the dominos guarantee they have stamped on the box and he straight up told me “No.” Papa Johns from here on out. Better ingredients and better pizza elsewhere.

Ordered delivery for 5 pizzas for a work event about an hour before the time I needed it by (12:45), and it was not delivered until almost 3:00pm with cold pizzas. Attempted to call the store at least 3 times to get an update as the tracker was stuck on the order being started, and could not get through once. The last time I called it sounded like the phone was picked up after 5 minutes of ringing and purposely hung up.
If there was an issue with the order or if it wasn’t able to be fulfilled in time, I should have been contacted. I attempted to reach out to the customer service email provided on multiple negative reviews here and no response there either. Ridiculous

I’ve ordered from this location quite a few times but after this most recent order I will NEVER use Dominos EVER again!!! And I’ve been a faithful customer for years. I ordered three of the exact same pizzas for my sons for delivery. When the pizzas arrived my son answered the door and said the delivery person looked as if something was wrong with them. I initially thought nothing of it, until we opened the pizza boxed. The delivery person and whoever was riding with them had eaten the centers of the pizzas and crumbled them crusted edges. There were bite marks it was outrageous and disgusting. I immediately called the store and were told that I wouldn’t be charged. That’s it!!! I don’t know what kind of people they employ but this was it for me. They will not get any of my funds and I’ll make sure that I tell EVERYONE I know to take their money elsewhere! The crazy thing is that the kids begged me for Pizza Hut and I insisted on supporting Dominos. I’ll be taking my loyalty elsewhere. I was so angry I threw the other pizzas away and my son took a picture of this one but they literally opened and devoured the center of two of the pizzas and put some weird stuff on the third. I’m DONE!!!

I’m not sure why management wouldn’t get on the phone today but her name is Mella. I called twice today to speak to her. The deliver forgot half of my order. The first order pizza wasn’t properly made and he left. I’m waited 30 minutes to get the pizza I paid for. I was told they would remake my whole order and add desert. I waited 30 minutes and it was not what was promised. She would not accept my call at all. I called 26 minutes apart. I think she doesn’t like her job

Don’t order delivery from this Dominos unless you’re on diet, and trying to avoid eating pizza. Placed our order at 10:50 and from their it seems that since we pre-paid and tipped via credit, they felt there was no need to hurry.
At 11:17 it stated they were quality checking our pizza. At 11:40 I was becoming skeptical of this claim. It was then I tried to signal there was a problem with our order, but since they hadn’t flagged it as “out for delivery,” the button was grayed out. I checked the box to give me delivery notifications and waited.
At 12:01 I tried calling to see if they were ever going to deliver our pizza, but the location was closed so it went straight to voicemail. It was officially too late to get food anywhere else, so we started boiling water for oatmeal as a last ditch effort to eat something before sleep. It was then at 12:20 that I received a text message that our pizza was out for delivery. We weren’t happy, but at least it was coming.
At 12:45 we started to suspect it wasn’t coming. Especially since we only live 5 minutes from the store…

Jeez, I bet you’re wondering if the pizza was worth it. The thing was so cold and stiff that we had to microwave it. I love domino’s, and I get that sometimes they get swamped with orders, but this was beyond ridiculous.
