Food is good but they ALWAYS up the combo to a medium without you asking. Bait and switch in my opinion when the price says one thing for a number 1. If you are going to continue that then the normal price should reflect that and then in small letters state to downsize to small deduct $ instead of the other way around. I asked her why they did that without telling customer and she stated was told to do that to all orders by management. A good way to get a few extra bucks off each order without the customer’s knowledge…. Shame on you!!

I stopped here for breakfast after an appointment. I did drive through and the order itself and payment went fine, but was told after paying that they had some staffing issues and that I needed to pull into a parking spot and they would have my order out shortly.

The burger and onion rings were cold. This place has gone downhill since it opened after the fire. Friendly employees though. I won’t be coming back ever again because it isn’t the same anymore. The mayonnaise and ketchup on the bacon King have more flavor than the actual Burger did I didn’t even finish it. And I had to eat something else just to get the taste out of my mouth because it was making me nauseous

Waited in line 20 mins for 2 large onion rings, get 2 smalls. Go inside, turns out they did it on purpose! They ran out of large boxes so decided to give us small but did not tell us or charge us for small. Good thing we went in but we will not be going again.

Had to repeat my order 5 times; at the menu board(x2), at the pay window(x2) and again at the pick up window. Guess what? Still couldn’t get the order right. To the Manager’s benefit, he returned my money and compt the meal. He has just taken over and obviously has many wrinkles to iron out! I wish him/them the best! I will give them a pass this time. Hopefully the next visit will be better!
