The pictures say more than 1,000 words. Found this horrific hair-ball in the Whopper as I bit into it. I pulled it out with my teeth as I bit down. No apologies or compensation was given. I will NEVER visit this location again, or if any! There goes my love of a Whopper.

I ordered a bacon king only pickles. The lady taking my order specifically asked that I did not want mayo or ketchup just pickles. My response was obviously yes and I figured there would be no issue. My burger then became what looked like a mayo and ketchup crime scene. When I came back across town to get my burger fixed they were rude and ignored me. Then I had to wait 30 minutes in line for the order that i should’ve had an hour ago. Nothing comped no refund. Just my gas, time and money wasted. Don’t waste your time and go across the street to mcdonald’s.

I ordered a number 1. It is suppose to have NO cheese. It had cheese, I called and talk to the manger he was very rude hung up on me and when I called back he said I do not have to give my name. Refuse to fix my meal if I did not come in. I was not coming back to night, home sick. I will never go back to Burger King. If he can’t do his job he needs to be fired. Very rude and disrespectful. My daughter heard the conversation. I told him to talk to his staff and he said I was not here when you came through the drive through. It was 6:15 when I got home. So he was there. Just to lazy to do his job.

Used to love going here until the location took a turn for the worse recently. From walking into the store and witnessing them screaming and berating a mother and child who’s orders they messed up and gave to someone else, while being unwilling to issue a refund on top of it all for them, to balls of human hair appearing in others food this week, this location needs new management and a massive staff overhaul. Managers cussing out mothers and children after giving their food away incorrectly while refusing to remake it or issue a refund, all of this is insanely unprofessional and not how any successful person operates a business of any kind. Horrible location, even worse and disrespectful staff members who are untrained, understaffed, and always unprepared for any extremely normal issue that might arise on a regular work day.

I’m only leaving this a 5/5 becauSe one of your workers provided me while the others did nothing. Not suprised, didn’t catch the young ladies name, I will say she had I think Burger earrings on. Not sure if she was a manager but it seemed she ran the whole show.

So… Ordered bunch of food and waited patiently.. The rep with tats brings my food out and they had forgot 2 spicy wraps. She then goes inside and came out and says “they said it was in there” . I show her all the food that did not include the wraps like I’m lying or something so she went in to get them. A different employee I believe is the manager brings out the food and it’s just saturated with spicy sauce.. If they would of checked the order prior to coming out in the first place, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Photos have been submitted to corporate. If you hate your job don’t work there. Just saying.. unfortunately, I have to put any stars for you lol and you shouldn’t work with the public.

Sunday morning, driving down the “main drag” and you see two fast food places directly across from one another. McDonalds has a line of cars all the way around the building out to the street, with cars stopped along the road to get in for their turn. Burger King has one car in the drive-thru line.

That visual should tell you everything you need to know, yet I ignored it.

Ordering was painful, but I was pitched a “two croissants for $2” deal, so that didn’t sound bad. Between a few of those and a regular value meal that’ll feed the hungry pups in the car before church.

We pulled around, paid, and then were told we’d need to wait for eggs. I asked how long and I heard from the back, “I have no idea…” Ok, surely it won’t take too long, so we pull forward. Almost 15 minutes goes by, and I kick Mommy and one child out of the car to wait on the grub, while I run another child to church because she was singing in the choir and couldn’t be late. I come back, pick up the family, and on the way to church we find out that instead of having a total of 5 sandwiches, we had 3. I also looked at the receipt and we were charged more than the “good deal” we were pitched in line.

It was thoroughly unprofessional throughout, disorganized, and they truly didn’t have a sense of what was going on in an otherwise streamlined business model. I was overcharged (or communicated to incorrectly), shorted on the order, and the amount of time it took when they clearly weren’t busy was nutty…

And yes, most of us were late for church after all that.

Here’s what I want, in this order:
-A commitment to customer service so others don’t have to deal with this nonsense.
-An apology.
-My money back.

I like BK burgers due to their unique flavor and topping offerings. Onion rings over fries almost every time. This location also has discounts on Upside, which I also use and enjoy. Usually it’s 6%, but can be more from time to time.
