The shorter tattooed male worker was quite rude to me in the drive thru and pulling around to the window and seeing him didn’t make him any less rude. It felt as if I was an issue for him. I ordered a trio deal and everything from the whopper to the chicken fries were cold. Not to mention they told me their shake machine was down but I saw someone filling another order’s shake. I know BK standards are low but seriously? I will never return to this location.

They call it a drive through at Berger King, more like a order and wait. No one pulls over, they just stay in line and wait. When ordering from outside drive through they say one moment please I am waiting on someone at the counter. What the heck?

With the ridiculous No Kings protests going on this weekend, I thought I’d show my support for the only King I know of in America. I eat fast food about 12 times a year for a reason, but this was surprisingly good. Burgers would be better if warmer, but the fries were the best I’ve had in a decade or more.

Stood at the counter for 8 and a 1/2 minutes, almost 10 minutes. They were concentrating more on their guardash, and their drive through and could have cared less about the front counter. Another gentleman that was there had been there for over 20 minutes, waiting for his food and had actually advised me to find somewhere else to eat. Because I wouldn’t be getting served. And he was right. Several employees stood directly in front of me, didn’t even acknowledge. I was there and my order was never taken. I never did. I would have gotten any food because they never would have taken the order one of the rudest burger kings.I’ve ever been to across the country.

Either I was very hungry, or this was the fast food best burger (Whopper, Jr.) and onion rings I have had in a LONG time. The beef was cooked properly and not dried out. The rings were hot, crispy, and delicious. Thank you, Miss Sheila. We will visit again when we pass through Escanaba again.

I normally give BK great reviews and today I ordered the Flame & Flight combo with an extra Dragon Flame-grilled Whopper, I added 12pc Fiery Dragon Mozzarella Fries and chose 1 Ranch dipping sauce and 1 Buffalo dipping sauce. I placed this order with the Burger King mobile app. I went to get my order and before getting it I gave a 5 star review on the app saying the crew at Escanaba is the best, they Rule and is the best service I can get. Then I get my order and go home to find….
NO DIPPING SAUCES!! Not one and no napkins! I am aware that this BK has often run with minimal crew and they do the best they can, but those sauces are listed on my receipt and to miss them … wow! Maybe I’ll wait until I get my order before giving a great review next time.
