We pulled up to the drive thru and waited for quite some time behind another customer who had been waiting for 15 minutes, and another car ahead of her pulled out of line because they had been waiting for so long, when I called to ask if they were open because people were leaving, I was hung up on after being treated rudely by the person (manager). So I went to McDonald’s and where tho busy, they took our order and had someone bring our order out to us, a courtesy Burger King failed to offer, shame on them, as far as food satisfaction, I can’t say since I couldn’t get any food, customer service sucked.

Very slow service, we assume because of lack of employees. At drive through…would have been nice for someone to say, “sorry, we’re understaffed, please be patient with us.” No explanation given, no sorry at pickup.

I feel sorry for the those who were working. They were understaffed and it took 5-10 minutes just to make an order at the drive thru. Then another wait at the window. An employee apologized several times for the delays. Then we finally got our food and I had the wrong burger. Since what I actually ordered was $2 more, I took it back in to get it corrected. In all it was a 45 minute stop.

Ordered a whopper meal as well as a spicy chicken Sandwich. I was asked if I wanted cheese and bacon, I added that to both of the orders. When I received my order the fries were old, the sandwiches were cold and there was no cheese nor bacon as requested and charged for. It was very disappointing because I rarely go out and look forward to the Burger King I know, love and miss in my own hometown. I really hope this place turns around soon! Don’t want to have to travel even further for BK. I didn’t even receive a refund for at least the bacon and cheese I got charged for.

I really like this BK because they’re always using fresh ingredients and have nice and jovial staff. I’ve only ever really had ONE bad time with the food when the nuggets were pretty far past fresh and were dried out. I ended up giving those to my great dane and he didn’t have the same complaint I did (see his review for more info) lol.

The food was less to be desired. I can understand the food getting cold on the drive home , but taking it 5 feet away to enjoy at one of the restaurant’s tables to enjoy and biting into an ice cold sandwich is not.
