Refused to give me my mobile order because on sunday they supposedly don’t serve lunch until 11. The app says 1030 and allowed me to order at 1030. So much for have it your way. Apparently the workers get to make up company policy and refuse to serve customers. Had to figure out how to get a refund on the app, which they also refused to help me with. Overall a horrible experience

I Come to this burger king quite often and I’ve noticed on these past few days when it was over 90 degrees they have their workers working with no A/C. Also only 2 workers working, and one of them looked like they were going to collapse. It disgusts me that these workers get treated like this

Great food and expansive menu options at a decent price. I was expecting the worst, after reading through all the recent negative reviews about this BK location on Alpine Ave NW & 3 Mile Road. But I stopped there anyway tonight and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, fresh, hot, and the service/speed was pretty darn fast. Five stars this time around!

I just left this Bk about 15 mins ago. I asked tarter sauce on the top and bottom bun. Apparently it must have offended whoever was making the sandwich. Called the store about 5 mins ago and explained what it looked like. Not even an apology (which goes a long way btw). Instead they person said, “you asked for extra Tarter Sauce.” Interesting. I’m realizing You can’t expect decent customer service or some workers to have pride in their work when it’s obvious management is not managing.
