The restaurant is very sterile looking…almost like it was an old Wendy’s‐ They removed everything and just threw in burger Kang. This is one of the largest dining areas I have ever seen. usually burker kings are very small but this one is like 3 times the size of a normal Burger King. Anyways, the food is really good not and I didn’t have any problem with the fries or drinks. I recommend this place.

It was your typical Burger King. It was clean, but sparce. I ordered Whopper meal special using the app. One important thing to know is they do lock the back enterence around sun down. I was able to go out that door after it was locked, but it looks like they can lock it so you can’t get out of it and that concerns me.

Sarah the manager is nothing but rude. Hadn’t eaten all day after helping my elderly father clean his apartment, I was starving and had a 3 1/2 hour drive home. Christmas Eve, and I just wanted to get home so I ordered through the drive thru. Nice kid at the window but wasn’t very experienced and had to ask his manager for help using a coupon. She told him we don’t allow coupons last minute! So I asked him if I should just cancel the order and re-order and he said hang on. Came back and said
” I really apologize for this but my manager said you have to drive around again and replace your order”, as I see her walking though the back yelling something I couldn’t hear. Unbelievable customer service. I asked him for the managers name and told the kid Merry Christmas and that I would go somewhere else that had better service. Sponge bob would not approve!! Bah Humbug to her! Never stop at this location again!

NEW the Steakhouse Whopper is yummy with A1 on it and also try the Churro fries that are delicious! the food is always not perfect but always good enough and the best prices for burgers and the breakfast burritos and hash browns are very good. this location is run well and clean. i like the seasonal limited burgers. many times the shake machine isn’t working

I have come to this Burger King many times and never had an issue until I encountered Sarah working the drive through. I got my food checked it over, she opened window asked what else I needed, I told her then she practically threw it at me, I was so off put and I took a second to make sure the rest of the food was right. Sarah opened the window again and said “I needed you to move because I am on a timer!” I literally wasn’t at the second window any longer than 60 seconds! I was shocked, I never leave reviews but I hope the right person sees this and lets her know there are better ways to communicate with costumers. We all have bad days but this was ridiculous. My child in the back was like why she being so mean??? Date 1/3 probably around 12:10 pm.

I opted to place an order for delivery amidst a long and hard work day. When my food arrived it was then that I realized a condiment and utensils had been omitted from my delivery. First, there was no straw for my drink or spoon for my shake. Secondly and more importantly there was no marinara for my mozzarella sticks. Big picture, lacking these was not a big deal. However, such things would have made my meal more enjoyable.

God forbid you ask for a packet or 2 of ketchup at the second drive thru window. The lady I’ve had there 2 times now has had a very bad attitude. It took all of 2 seconds to reach over and grab the packets and hand them to me. Other than that lady restaurant and food is perfectly fine.

I’m giving this as an honest review because I’ve ate here about six times now and every single time I’ve ate here. It has been good. The staff has never been rude to me like previous have stated, maybe I’ve just gotten lucky or maybe the other people that made them comments were just having some type of day. It is fast food but I would argue. It’s the best fast food on Alpine.

Doing a DoorDash order and was treated like I was stupid. There was a simple misunderstanding about what window to pull to and Lydia ( Brad, the manager provided me the name ) yelled at me and spoke down to me and about me to another customer and her manager. I understand I made a mistake but it doesn’t give you the right to talk bad about me to other customers and staff.
