It’s been a couple years since I’ve had a Whopper, but I wanted to try one again after seeing online that they’ve improved it. The drive through service was quick and the burger was hot. I haven’t had enough Whoppers lately to know if I got the improved version, but it was still a delicious burger!

Wonderful staff and fast service. Got a free chocolate pie, even though I’d not noticed I got a double instead of my ordered triple whopper, by mistake. Was even offered the sandwich free. So nice of the manager to try put it right, whether the customer complained or (in my case) not. Clean interior and restroom, smooth drive-through and even table service. Food was served hot and fresh. Wifi is fast and I could take a lunch meeting call there without disturbance. Would definitely repeat. 🙂

I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Amber at Burger King at 5135 Broadmoor Ave SE in Kentwood, MI 49512,Her customer service attitude was extremely poor and even insulting. She accused us of trying to cheat by using coupons, which was completely untrue. When we asked her to check the security camera to prove our honesty, she refused and continued to speak to us in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner, as if she was making unfair assumptions about us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope Burger King takes this seriously.

Order was not complete it seems every time you ask for sauce packets they never are included as well as no napkins in the bag. When I went in to question the order the employees were yelling & cursing at each other!
Recently, at least during the day, I have gotten a lot better service and the restaurant seems to be doing much better!

4/22 We went there for lunch today. They were very nice to us. Fast, efficient the food tastes great. We will be back. We drive past other Burger Kings to go here. Nice atmosphere.
