First and last time at this location. Upon entering the store the young lady did greet me but the young man who took my order was not friendly at all. I don’t think he wanted to be at work today. I ordered a bowl. Needless to say the bowl was half full and this is second time I have gotten a half full bowl from Smoothie King. Unlike other smoothie places like Playa Bowl (where the service and bowls are top notch). Unfortunately, there is not one close to my home so I opted for Smoothie King. The trash was overflowing and there were no napkins or spoons handy. I had to ask the worker and still didn’t get a spoon. Disappointed at the service and food quality. Please do better!

Friendly place but disappointing. I normally go to the one near my job but had some time today after the gym. So hey why not. I normally get whey protein but I’ve been trying to up my protein intake. The young lady near my job recommended the gladiator protein 45g. I go and ask for just that. Now what confused me is the menu. It didn’t look the same as the one I got to. It had less nutritional facts and items. So I asked to be sure in order for me to get what I wanted. Do the protein require 1 or 2 scoops. I was informed 1 but then it dawned on me. I’ve always seen my girl do 2. Trying not to be rude and annoying I asked again. I was shown the scooper (which was a regular size) and told that it’s only 1 scoop in every drink. So I asked if I could up the size. I was informed the size did not matter all drinks require 1 scoop. I just took the drink and left. Definitely does not taste the same. I did find out it is 2 scoops. I’ll stick to my regular spot from now on. Don’t get me wrong. Place was very clean and employees were friendly. They just weren’t knowledgeable enough to what they are making/selling.

I came in today there was two young lovely ladies that greeted me Laila And Jamya. They had all around customer service and made my drinks in 5 minutes! I will definitely be back.

Stop by here the other day to pick up my online order. First thing first: it was ready when I arrive, 2nd : great customer service, 3rd: Trent and Dk was holding down the store and making drinks to perfection (at least mine was).
