This Burger King deserves to be completely reset and get a fresh start with all new leadership and employees. Everything from the slow service, to the poor food quality, to the dilapidated exterior/interior screams to be put out of its misery once and for all. If you do come here, expect to wait. And that’s if they even let you order at the drive through, which is a toss up. Whether or not the lobby is open or not is inconsistent. Overall just a poor experience in general that makes you question how anyone who is in charge here got their positions. Stay far away from here.

Syopped by here on saturday around 6pm to dine in, while we were getting out of the car someone said over the drive thru box that the inside was closed drive thru only even tho there were other people eating inside, we left and went to grandville where they had excellent service, the store was clean and the food was hot and corrrct unlike anytime i have been to the leonard location

The franchise does not uphold its contract. They do not take card and do not serve even half of the menu past a certain time. We consistently go to the drive through later at night and seems like they are waiting for us to drive off in frustration.

I went to Burger King on Leonard and was excited to try the new chking sandwich I paid over $6.00 for a chking deluxe and didn’t receive that I had to go back thru the drive thru to get the correct sand which I looked at the sand which in the drive thru I asked the manager how come the meat looked like this she said it’s the breading and she didn’t know anything else she said she couldn’t take the sandwiches back they look unappetizing time wasted money wasted don’t recommend this sandwich
