Can’t take 10 seconds to toast the bun. This last time it was dead too. I just cant wrap my head around how they care so little they’ll ruin your order over something that takes literally 0 effort like toasting a bun.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, served with quarter sized mold on side.

Got a replacement, had mold on the bottom.
Went back in they tried to convince me it was from the toaster.
General manager went back and said the buns were fine a few times going thru them, the. Suddenly it was silent. Then I saw then trashing bags of buns with no further comment to me.

Disgusted.
Will not return ever.

Hate the drive thru set up. It has curbs on both sides, so when it takes 15 mins to get your food you can’t leave. You are at their mercy on how long they take. So slow, which is why I guess they have to have the drive thru set up like that because people would be leaving all the time getting tired of waiting 15-20 mins for a burger! Edit: onion rings are cold, after all of that waiting!

I love the staff at this location. My only complaint is that the drive-through line is sometimes complicated. I believe they are usually understaffed, making it harder on their employees than it should be. I truly appreciate the veggie burger options and sides other than fries.

It was an extremely poor Experience.

Unacceptable service and subpar food quality made for a disappointing visit. Employees seemed disinterested in their work, leading to:

– Long wait times (over 30 minutes)
– Lackluster food preparation
– Inattentive staff

*Key Issues:*

1. Slow service
2. Poor food quality
3. Apathetic employees

My recommendation would be to avoid oid this location for fast food, as they fail to deliver on basic expectations.

Went for a quick meal. Husband wanted a shake. They said they don’t have any ice cream. Had to suffer through meal with a screaming, crying, bare foot child of one of the employees running through the restaurant. We know that because she was loudly demanding ice cream from MOM who was behind the counter. This restaurant needs a serious overhaul.
