I have been a fan of Subway ever since they opened and I have eaten at most of them in Jefferson County.
This store is extremely clean and organized. A lot of them are understaffed. But this store had plenty of staff, who were friendly and fast. They were sandwiche artists. Enjoyed it greatly.

The seat placements were cute and comfortable. There was a nice place in the corner with sunlight. I love that area. They have a large selection. I ordered a tuna wrap. They no longer use tortillas. They use a flat bread, which is more filling. I enjoyed recognizing the smiles my sandwich maker gave me. She was very sweet and nice to me and everyone else. Thanks for treating me with a bright smile and serving me with respect.

Could not get order right through drive-through had to pull around and go into the store with my toddler just to order a sandwich. Tried to order a meatball sub and they only had two meatballs so I was unable to complete my order at all a complete waste of time and had to drag my toddler in and out of the store for no reason.

Nice new building. The restroom was clean and was a single occupant. The staff was quick and professional. The dining room was a good size and there was a seating area outside. It’s not right off the interstate so you have to hunt for it a bit. There is a Subway attached to a gas station on the other side of I65 but this one is nicer and the parking lot is easier to get in and out.

Stopped by for a grilled chicken footlong sub with double meat and double provolone cheese! My favorite and usual purchase at Subway! Excellent sandwich as ordered hot and fresh, delicious! Late supper that was prepared fast and purchased via drive thru! Courteous cashier and they happily prepared the sandwich to my specifications so I can enjoy the second half of the sandwich tomorrow!

I mistakenly ordered food here and they refused to give me a refund. I live more than two hours away and would not be able to pick up the food so after I placed the ordered and realizing my mistake I called the store immediately and tried canceling the order. They said they could not cancel the order and that the food was already made. I’m not quite sure how they made two sandwiches in under a minute but that’s beside the point. They said they would take my name and number down and give it to the store manager so the manager could call and figure it out. Since I ordered the food on Friday I was not expecting a call back until maybe Monday or Tuesday. I never received a call so I tried calling them and they still refused to issue a refund. “According to Subway’s FAQ, if you need to cancel or modify an order placed online or via the Subway app, you should contact the specific restaurant where the order was placed.” Since I called immediately I didn’t think they would have an issue giving me a refund. I’m disappointed with this location and management here. Mistakes happen and I feel as I should not have been charged for a mistake or something I never received.
