This is a go-to place for family packs/meals, but what was once affordable is now not a good value. I almost crashed in the drive thru when I ordered a feeds 5 and the total was over $44.
While Calhoun’s is not as convenient for my family, their pack is still just $34.50.
I am so shocked at the increase in Buddy’s menu prices. And, to top it off, the staff must’ve been having a tough day — got home and found there were no buns in our pack. Bummer.
Hoping the prices go down a bit in the future.

1st time at Buddys. Had ribs & pulled pork w green beans & fries. Ribs were 5 stars good & green beans 5 star. Ribs are definitely worth the trip. Pork & fries were sadly just average. Bbq sauce – I had ‘mild’ was excellent. They had a ‘hot’ sauce available. Note to restaurant, change to a better french fry or even tator tot option.

Stopped by here during a trip to East Tennessee. The restaurant was clean and bright and all the associates were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that took our order was very helpful as we do not have a Buddy’s in our town and were not familiar with the menu. And the young man that was cleaning tables was very helpful as well. And most importantly the food was delicious and freshly made. Both the barbecue chicken and pork were excellent and the home seasoned green beans delightful!
Will definitely stop again!

Buddys bar bq is one of the best restaurants in knoxville tennessee their fudge cake and pulled pork are delicious I don’t think the atmosphere is totally bad I just think it needs improvement it gives the southern vibe and their service is kind and fast

I hadn’t eaten at Buddy’s BBQ Farragut in quite a while… I ate lunch there today… What a GREAT culinary experience. Food was fantastic, Price was very reasonable, and service was excellent. Highly recommended!
