Service was horrible.
Came to pick up a whopper meal through drive thru.
Order a meal, and also order onions rings.
Asked for ranch and onions ring sauce.
Which I didnt get any ranch or zesty sauce for the onion rings.
There was nobody else beside our car that was through the drive thru.
Waited 10min and a different worker came up and asked us what are we waiting for.
I said im still waiting for my food. Took another 5min before I got my order.
There’s nobody there not busy at all
I’ve seen 6 guys inside “working”
And it took this long to get my order?? 6 people took 15mins. and forgot that I order and had to come asked me what I’m waiting for. SERIOUSLY??
On top of that trying to do a survey and I can’t even get the get through.
I’ve seen the commercial on how BK mocking McDonald’s but they’re no different with workers.

Why does the regular rodeo burger say it has no cheese on it but EVERYTIME I order from he they always somehow manage to put cheese on my redeo burger? It actually doesn’t make sense anymore. I even called up to the store and asked the man to make sure I don’t get cheese on my burger and he goes “it doesn’t come with cheese”. Brotha I know that but yet whoever works back in the kitchen doesn’t seem to understand that.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location messes my order up EVERY single time. Most of the time, I’ll eat it bc it’s usually just like they put pickles on the burger when asked for none. Today, they were in rare form for screw ups. I have to throw it away. They put so much mayo (I did not ask for mayo) on it that it’s inedible. I also ordered an oreo shake, I got a vanilla one.

I don’t care how many emails I have to make to give this place a bad review if I think best believe I’m going to write a review. Manager is terrible food cold even after waiting n line as if they was preparing it hot. Chicken fries are not chicken and don’t care how they serve the food. corporate doesn’t care cuz there no better than Campbell soup guy. But people don’t spend your money here if you know what’s best for you.

One person in line ahead of me who ordered 3 items – no one inside – and yet I was here 20 minutes BEFORE anyone even took my order. Person ahead of me sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before being helped, and so did I. I spent 30 minutes total getting a single item. Thought maybe she was working by herself but there’s a whole team in there just screwing around. How do they survive busy times when this is what slow at 7am is like?
My food waited 30 minutes too apparently- the sauce had time to soak through the wrapper and it was cold.

You are so close to better food! Keep driving. Everything was old. The fried items were shriveled and dried to leathery texture. My Whopper was presented on a disgustingly dyed bright-orange bun with black seeds. Also missing all condiments including paid for extras.

About as good as burger king can get taste wise, but the employees were wonderful and manager was very nice, and trying to make sure everyone was satisfied.

On 6.7.23 I stopped in to grab lunch for my husband. When I started my order I told them I had a coupon for 2 lg whopper meals for $12.99. I was asked for the code and I told them I was not certain where it was. I proceeded with my order and was told to go to the second window. I was never told my total. I handed the cashier my credit card and coupon and asked for a receipt (it’s a business write off). Upon looking at my receipt I was charged the full price of $22.66 for both meals. When I asked why the coupon was not applied, I was told because I had not given the code before the order was rung up. I asked them to please fix it. The manager came to the window with an extreme attitude and slammed the window closed in my face while I was speaking. Amarian (sp??) finished the transaction and was very pleasant.
Overall, I will not go back. The manger was beyond rude for no reason, and the fries were not cooked all the way.
