Better than Peel?
Third time at this location, first time as Hook.
Pizza was the best I’ve had it.
Super thin, very crispy, crust was amazing, sauce perfect.
Really can’t say enough good things.
Brought my co-worker for his first time and was equally impressed.

I’ve done everything to avoid writing a bad review. I owned a pizza shop in Braintree until May2025 so I know how they affect your business. That’s why I called in that day. I requested a callback from a manager which I was told I would get. I was not convinced, so I also texted and have a written response that a manger would call back. Nothing. So, here we are. My order was wrong and missing items. I called the shop and was greeted coldly with my concerns. I was told to come back and get it, which I could not do. Then I was told “well, I don’t know what you want me to do”. This is something the owner and/or manager should be aware of. I bit my tongue and waited for a callback. So, if Hook is interested in my feedback, I will assuredly reconsider and update this review. If not, I know where i stand and will leave be. I’ll be monitoring this for a response.

I was expecting much better post rebrand but this paled in comparison to what once was Peel. Pizza was soggy and loaded with toppings, pretty much threw it in the trash.

Got chicken tenders and pizza for my kid. Chicken was the ABSOLUTE DEFINITION OF FAKE AND CHEAP GRADE F “CHICKEN.” Went straight in the trash. It’s bad enough they charged $12.47 for this trash and it didn’t even come with fries but the real crime is any restaurant that isn’t ashamed to serve this disgusting SLOP to the public. Anything to make a buck. 2 stars only because the pizza was pretty good.
